Excellent service from start to finish. All questions answered and advised with measurements for ore existing posts. Company helped with cutting some to height size, we cut the length to fit with inserts. Quality product. Very modern and classy. Looking forward to no more painting fences. Delivery was on time and driver gave good advice regarding installation. My husband and son installed with ease. Overall a fantastic company. Would highly recommend and use again if needed. I spoke to Dan from Alpha several times to ask for some advise about their decking products and Dan was more than helpful every time. I ordered my decking which was delivered on time. The delivery driver who's name was also Dan was very polite, he took his time unloading the decking and putting it where i asked him too. The decking looks beautiful and the quality is bang on. I cannot speak too highly of “Alpha Decking”. They have been brilliant to deal with from initial contact to delivery of our order … entirely stress free. I spent literally months researching multiple companies and their samples, time well spent.

Alpha had exactly the fence panels we were looking for and the quality of the product and prices were unbeatable. Dan and Chelsea were an absolute pleasure to deal with … easy to contact, informative and always followed through on any commitments made. Dan was very flexible regarding the timing of our delivery so that it coincided with the start of our garden project. The delivery driver was most courteous and couldn’t have been more helpful in leaving the panels and accessories in our desired location.

I got composite decking sample from eight companies and finally chose Alpha Decking when compared their price and quality. It cost me around 2,000 pounds including installation accessories such as hidden clip and support frame etc., to cover a garden decking of 3.2m x 8.2m. Delivery and quality are good. I got 15 years warranty.

What can I say grate quality fencing boards in anthracite looks grate with my concrete fence posts the sleeves fit perfectly into the concrete post and finished it off nice I will be ordering more and can't wait for the cladding to be on sale for next year's project alpha decking website was easy to order and delivered to my door grate company to deal with five stars from me

Alpha assisted all the way with the purchase making it a simple process. We needed some additional boards and beams and Chelsea processed the order and arranged for the delivery the next day: Fantastic service. The composite boards were consistent in colour and texture providing a great finish to our new deck. The builder commented that the boards were very good, better than he had used previously. Ordered a decking sample, only took a couple of days to come, we loved the quality of the sample so ordered our decking straight away on a Wednesday evening, the following Tuesday it was all delivered by their own staff. Lad set off at 4 am to do probs 350 Miles round trip. He was really helpful unloading. Can't fault the service provided by Alpha decking
