Good service but the aftercare is questionable...
I ordered slats with the additional extras. The total order was over £2,800.
Chelsea was amazing at advising what I needed to buy, very patient and knowledgeable so I would rate her 5 stars. An asset to the company.
My issue is when I ordered additional slats and needed to return 2 poles from the 1st order, her Manager did not allow the return even though the delivery for the extra slats were paid for by me and being delivered. There was no additional cost to Alpha Decking.
The lack of flexibility was indeed very disappointing which is why ordering with online companies always puts me off and I prefer the local DIY shops such as Wickes, B&Q etc. They are far more flexible in regards to returns.

We understand your frustration regarding the return of the posts from your initial order. As a company, we strive to offer flexibility and excellent customer service comparable to that of large retailers. However, we must also adhere to our return policies to ensure consistency and fairness for all our customers. Our return policy, which allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, is in place to manage our inventory efficiently and ensure the quality and integrity of our products for all customers. Unfortunately, your return request fell outside this 14-day period, and we were unable to accommodate it, I am sorry.
We would also like to highlight that we provided a 50% discount on the delivery cost for your additional items, and your initial order did included free delivery. This charge helps us cover essential fuel and vehicle costs, and we always strive to keep these charges as low as possible to provide you with the best value and to help keep our products priced as competitively as we can.

I'm sorry to hear that you are upset about the cancellation of your order. We strive to be transparent with our customers and believe your review may be a bit unfair and slightly misleading that we just randomly cancelled your order.
The order you placed consisted of only composite posts, and our website clearly states on the product page:
Please note: To ensure we have sufficient stock availability for full sets, we are currently only selling this product with a purchase of our composite fence panel sets or to make a full fencing set. If this product is purchased individually without other products to make a full set, we may not be able to fulfil your order.
We implement this policy to ensure we have enough stock to sell full sets of fencing to our customers. As a growing company with limited warehouse space, we cannot hold large quantities of accessories in stock to be able to sell these on their own at this time which is why we put the above notice on every product page where it applies.
We promptly and politely emailed you on the same day you placed the order to explain this situation and immediately issued your refund. We also apologised and wished you luck with your project.
I am sorry that we could not fulfill your order but feel the review as mentioned is misleading and not justified.

Excellent all round
Cannot fault the extremely high standard of customer service i received. I was kept well informed at all times about my order. They were very helpful with my numerous queries. They were very quick and efficient to rectify an error on my order caused by myself.
Product is fantastic and simple to errect.
5 stars doesn't reflex how happy i am with Alpha Decking.

Composite fencing
Chelsea was superb from start to finish and went the extra mile to ensure the delivery was made promptly. Joe delivered the fencing and he too ensured that everything went smoothly.
We chose the charcoal composite fencing for a modern look and the contractors were pleased with the way it assembled.

Highly recommended
We looked at a number of companies to purchase our Composite Fencing and the process with most of them was rather complicated. With Alpha Decking it is very simple, you enter the panel height, width, how many panels required, and it works out what you need.
Delivery was prompt - we requested as early as possible and the driver was on our doorstep at 07.00 on the requested day.
Installation was very simple and the finished fencing looks amazing.

Amazing products, amazing company, amazing service!
The whole team at Alpha Decking are fantastic, they're really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The delivery came on time and the driver was exceptionally good, he carefully unloaded all the products, stacked them neatly and was very polite and helpful.
I ordered composite fencing in Anthracite and it looks amazing! The quality is excellent and my installers said it was easy to fit once you get the plumb line right (my garden slopes slightly).
I will definitely use Alpha Decking again, I've already recommended them to friends!

Great quality fencing and gate, exceptional customer service
Having researched composite fencing thoroughly I found Alpha Decking to be one the cheapest. I requested the sample pack and was happy with the quality of the fencing. Everyone I spoke with at the company have been great and have answered numerous simple and technical questions that I had. Numerous updates regarding stock and delivery dates were given. Delivery was on the date given with the fencing being offloaded and advice offered regarding the installation. The quality of the fencing is superb. I was so pleased I ordered a gate from the company. Again the quality of the gate and posts is outstanding. I do not write many reviews but feel that credit is deserved by the team who have provided great customer service and a great quality product that was excellent value for money. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. A big thanks to Dan, Joe and Chelsea.

A satisfactory outcome.
I can be very sceptical, but on this occasion the product is everything it promises to be. For me, Alpha provided help and information throughout the entire project. From advice and calculating my materials list in advance, through to taking back and refunding any decking left over.
I would happily recommend the team at Alpha!

The decking material seems fine
The decking material seems fine, although it seems expensive for what it is. And £80 for delivery is a bit heavy. One of the lengths of bullnose was chipped and scratched - the delivery guy insisted on unloading himself hence I didn’t see it until he’d gone. Having waited so long for it to be delivered I decided to put up with it.
I thought they were a local company (Reigate) but apparently it’s Essex. During the (long) delivery period, I was told its first come first served. Not what you want to hear when you’ve spent almost £900! It’s done now and I’m pleased with the look and feel of it.

Regarding the delivery fee, we understand your concerns. The logistics of delivering our products to customers involves various costs that we strive to keep as low as possible and offering free delivery with orders over £1,000. We're continuously reviewing this area to ensure we keep offering competitive pricing and value for money to our customers.
The period in which you ordered was indeed a particularly busy one for us with, and we regret if this has caused any inconvenience and a longer lead time than we would have hoped. We're continually working to streamline our processes for a more efficient delivery timeline. We feel the first come first serve basis at the moment is the fairest to all customers although sometimes may lead to longer than hoped lead times.
Our offices are indeed based in Reigate, Surrey with our distribution unit in Braintree, Essex. Sorry for any confusion here.
In regards to the damaged board I’m sorry this was missed upon loading and unloading, if you would have contacted us we would have aimed to replace in the quickest possible time frame and if you’d still like a replacement please do let me know.

Decent decking
Decent decking. Bit hard to get the planks onto the spacers but bought some ratchet clamps that helped a lot. They warn of a 20% fade in the colour so, if storing outside for a while it is best for the top planks in the pile to be kept upside down (I didn't do this - doh!).

Fantastic product
