It makes welcome change to receive such wonderful customer service from a broadband supplier. No more hanging on for hours waiting to be connected to the right department / person . To be able to ask and speak to the same person is wonderful. After many years with BT,I changed to Alncom , it’s so much faster , it’s far cheaper, and the price doesn’t change mid contract. They even sent a lovely knowledgeable young man around to set up the equipment in my home .
The staff are all so friendly and are just a local phone call away if I have any queries.Why on earth didn’t I change to Alncom much sooner ? It was because I thought it would be complicated to do so . It wasn’t ! One phone call to Danielle at Alncom and they did everything , even transferring my landline number . It was so easy. Thank you everyone at Alncom.

Great service
Great service from the guys who laid the cable to the engineers who connected the broadband. Was an issue with installation but they fixed it quicker than expected and installation guys came back at the end of the working day to install. Haven’t seen that kind of service for a long time. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous company
From the very first dealings I had with this company they have been absolutely fantastic. Their product never fails to do what it's supposed to do. If there is a problem you only have to make 1 phone call and they're on it, often the same day. On Friday we were hit by a lightening strike which blew the electric in the house and damaged several electronic items, including the landline (BT) and the internet to (Alncom). We rang them on Saturday afternoon and On Sunday morning an engineer came out, fixed the problem and we were back on line. What made it more impressive was the fact that the engineer was actually on a day off, but because he lived near by he 'just popped over'.
You just don't get that kind of service anymore.
I'm still trying to get through to BT to sort the landline out!

Have had Alncom internet for several…
Have had Alncom internet for several years now and am extremely satisfied with the service, and the continued low subscription - not increased since first installation -while the national providers constantly push prices higher and higher.
When eventually a particularly complex problem did occur last week, their email and telephone assistance was constant - with several individuals in contact over 3 days - to take me through connection checks, resetting, router registration, and range extender reregistration until the problem was solved. Thanks to all involved.

Hassle-free and prompt service, all very pleasant!
I have been with Alncom since February 2025 when they came and installed my fiber-optic cable, and I have found their internet services to be very good ever since.
I recently submitted a ticket on my account to get an upgrade to a mesh network. I was promptly contacted and we arranged a date for installation. The lady on the phone was very pleasant; she had to do a double-check to make sure they actually had the hardware available to install, but she quickly got back to me once this was confirmed and the date of installation was set.
The installation was also a breeze. The technician was on time, very pleasant, and helpful with any questions I had. He also gave me advice on how to use the new router and mesh nodes.
This upgrade has delivered exactly as expected. Despite it not being a large house, we had issues with dead zones due to thick walls blocking the signal. The new mesh nodes have completely fixed this issue, and we now even have internet access reaching the garden as an added bonus.
Easily the best service of any ISP I have had to deal with yet.

Alncom are a company that is…brilliant for Customer Service
Alncom are a company that is increasingly rare….
From beginning to end Alncom did everything I could have wanted to make our change to Fibre easy and straightforward.
The personal service from Human beings the occasional phone call to check everything was in order makes all the difference.
Special mention must go to the engineer who installed the system….pleasant and polite…and an impressive final touch when he produced a vacuum cleaner to make sure our house was left as he found it.
I would happily recommend Alncom to anyone thinking about changing their supplier.
