The staff at Allcleared are very professional and will take the time to explain their service to customers and potential customers. They also have payment plans to suit your budget meaning a customer won’t have to pay for the entire service upfront.

Customers can also go to a client portal online and see the status of their file step by step. Also clients can see the payments made on their account and any future payments too. Clients can also contact Allcleared staff either by phone or using the contact form in the client portal online.

The cost of either a record suspension or pardon is reasonable compared with other companies.

The staff was with me every step of the pardon process even when I received a proposal to deny letter from the Parole Board of Canada. I wrote a rebuttal letter which Allcleared staff told me was written well.

The staff know what they are talking about as I received a pardon because I fell under the old rules. Allcleared also won’t take clients on unless they thing they have a real shot of a pardon or record suspension.

I would highly recommend them to all future clients. You can check out other companies but at the end of the day you will be a client of Allcleared. Also clients must have patience as the process can be long especially if a client has multiple courts to get information from. Allcleared staff do all the leg work which is great.
