Scam they took my money
I sent fingerprints twice and they keep saying they cant find it or have not received it !

Payed 700 $ and 2700 $

Wow paradon Canada you guys are amazing, from the beginning of the process to the end of it. Im proud to be free again thank you for helping me to abtain it. The staff thank you all for your time and effort in helping me to be free again.

No improvement it's all a scam wicked people only reach out when you have payment as soon as it's over they stop reaching out not good remember you've been warned

Pardons Canada in Toronto are horrible, money hungry. 5,000 still no pardon or waiver. Weird, 33 yrs after the conviction paying a resitution order they and loser kingston court they said I didn't pay which one is the liar??? So I turned it over to RCMP and put bug in CSIS year then minister if justice. You canbtell they are a fraud by the email which says do not reply to this email . I had to go to opp and ppl out there need to not do business with this agency.

Better yet always get a copy of your record certain police like to add charges that never took place!

Less than one star they are terrible! They will give you the run around and then hang up on you once you do get ahold of them. It’s a scam!

CANADIAN PARDON IS ALL A SCAM I WAS PROMISED MY APPLICATION WOULD BE READY IN 7 TO 9 MONTHS, I AM STILL WAITING OVER A YEAR AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT. INSTEAD THEY JACKED UP THE PRICE ANOTHER 585.00 SAYING THEY HAD TO DO EXTRA WORK.I HAD ALREADY PAID 1150.00 FOR THE SERVICE AND DIDN'T EXCEPT THE ADDITIONAL 585.00. THEIR SERVICE STINKS BECAUSE EVERYTIME U CALL NO ONE CALL BACK. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CANADIAN PARDON.

They could answer the phone .I have left lots of messages with no return call, also no reply about pardon 15 months later so far cost are $2590.00 . A TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY

I paid the all amount and they asked another amount. After 3 years, I still didn’t get the pardon. When I talked to them on the phone, the woman hang off at my question. DO NOT USE THEM. Dec 2021 until oct 2024, I got nothing. SCAM

It’s not baseless allegations when 1- 3 years of waiting 2- I sended an email to know what’s going on and I received a call and I asked questions and the person hang off the phone and was rude. 3- at the beginning the amount I paid was supposed to cover everything, but later you asked again for money supposedly to finish the process, about over a year. That’s facts

If you want professional help to apply for a US Waiver DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They drag the process out over 1.5 years and then want an outrageous amount of money to pay for what a monkey could do. Once they send you the documents with their general letter you are on your own. No help or suggestions to streamline anything you need to add with their paperwork. They even hang up in your when you question them. HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND HORRIBLE JOB DONE.

I asked for a full refund 2 days after initial payment,after looking on there website I saw I was over charged, it advertised 900 for a waiver,as I do not have a criminal record, but needed a waiver to enter the U.S. They charged me 1500 for this service. It's been almost a month, they do not use email. I have phone maybe 10 times so far and they say they will get back but nothing. They sent a email saying there was a 275, cancelation fee, but when checking there site it says nothing about that for a waiver. I have tried with the BBB and have just recieved a response that they are not giving any refund. What a joke. Scammers. Do not use this company. They are posting fake reviews.

I applied, paid $1300, one of their employees stole my money and likely others.
I asked for a refund and all I get is the runaround.
They told me to contact my bank to put in a fraud claim to get my money back.
Bank said no, that I was beyond their 120 day limit.
Oddly the guy I speak with only goes by Brian S. That's an odd last name
I asked him to email me, because I want hard copy of our conversations. He doesn't reply to my emails, he only calls.
I applied April 2023. They said all the paper work is complete and my application has been processed.
But they are not sending it to me, because the rates went up.
I had an agreement with them when I applied.
I feel scammed.

You see, this is the runaround.
This Brian S. Told me that he has everything, finger prints and all months ago.
He told me an employee was embezzling company funds, fired ect.
I'm not responsible for action of their employees.
I paid, I am expecting results plz.
Why won't Brian S, respond to my email, because he doesn't want to give me a hard copy of our conversations.
He's a fast talker on the phone trying to get me to do things instead of doing what he needs to do.

Perhaps the portion of the application to authorize the RCMP to release my finger prints to CPA wasn't received, but why then did he tell me he had everything required?

I can't say enough bad things about this pathetic excuse for a company. They don't help you whatsoever, they don't do anything but take your money. I sent 11 emails out, asking for help in the process. No one would get back to me. Then they went and took money out of my bank on three different occasions. I cancelled then they wanted more money. So in total they stole almost $1000 from me and did absolutely nothing. You can tell by talking to the employees that they have absolutely no education and probably play with crayons all day

Don't waste your time with this pathetic company. They should be out of business.

So after being scammed from this company for over $800 they had the nerve to withdraw more money by changing their name. Literally screwing us over like they done to many by doing such a disgusting disservice to so many unsuspecting individuals I will be reaching out to all that as dealt and have been f—ked over by this company and starting a class action lawsuit against them no matter how long this takes. You people are the lowest form of humanity do be able to screw with peoples lively hood and then giving some stupid ass lame excuse as to why you feel like you can take advantage of many. I truly hope that anyone that sees this review will reach out to me so we can fight this company and make them accountable for their actions in deceiving our honest hard working human beings. Don’t give me more of your bills—t you did change your name and there are many of us that have the proof so keep spuing garbage

This "outfit?" ,took my money for 2 years then at the end drained my bank account and avoided giving me a 1 line answer of "i am not eligble for a pardon". they said i still had a fine which when i called the courthouse for the second time said that i did but it was written off ???? . i guess written off till they wanted to take away what i tried to accomplish ?? This "outfit" was hired to help me and just ripped me off . Then they sent an retired? delta police officer to track me using her phone ,approach me with some creepy stories about her friend (my cousin) and her dad who used to do bad things to her . shortly after i recieved an email with information about why they lost my work . BUT IT WAS ADDRESSED TO MY BROTHER !!!!??. i DON`T KNOW WHAT KIND OF GAME THESE BAD PEOPLE ARE PLAYING BUT I SUGGEST YOU STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE. THERE CROOKS.

Where do I start ?
Initial phone conversations went well and everything was yes yes yes .... Then after I signed and started to pay it all went downhill. I was told my application would not be started until my account was paid in full... I explained that didn't make sense and that was not what we agreed ... I was ignored for several weeks with no reply to phone calls or emails. Finally I was contacted by Monique who claims to be the client care manager who proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that my case was being worked on and that I would not receive the full package until the amount was paid in full. I explained that I know that but was previously told different... She told me I was wrong and that all conversations are recorded ... I explained to her that a) she can go check the recording but b) she never once told me I was being recorded which is not legal !

So now I have a company holding my personal information hostage , refuse to give a refund and refuse to let me speak to another manager ...

This is absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional

This company will say whatever you want to hear to get your money and then ignore you and lie to you over and over ...all the while holding your personal information

I will be putting reviews on every site possible. Avoid this company at all costs. Their first contact person, according to the second person who contacted me, gave me absolutely incorrect information. The Vancouver Police Department said one form was wrong and to be careful, I informed my contact, he said when did the police ever have your best interests in mind. Minimum a week to reply to both emails or calls, and I requested twice to put future payments on hold and they took the second regardless. I was hoping and trusting that this company and the process was going to be as great as they said so paid a first installment of a third of the amount when the asked for only a tenth, now they are refusing to refund any of the first payment, even with me offering to cover the initial payment they requested, around 300 less than I gave in good faith. My credit card company has been notified and the BBB will be contacted tomorrow as well.
