Meet and wait .....
When you come back from holiday late you don't want to wait 55 minutes for your car after your first call to say you have arrived... would not use this company again, they don't answer the phone when you call which is worrying so many calls on arrival and when we came home NOT RECOMMENDED

Dreadful company, avoid at all costs! I waited 90 minutes to drop my car off and the same again when i picked it up. Their operators were incredibly rude and hung up on me several times when i tried to find out how long it would be before my car was picked up or returned. Then they held me to ransom for a further £25 when i arrived and threatened not to bring my car back if i didn’t pay. Thieves!

Well what a surprise; delivery was a good experience. Left the car and went away for 2 weeks; the return however was disgraceful. Our car was delivered in the most appallingly dirty condition, covered in bird excrement. You would have thought a bit of common courtesy for the customer would have been to give the car at least a wipe down, instead they were quite happy to send the poor driver to deliver it in this condition. Needless to say we won't be using this service again. Pity I can't post the pictures of the car online; it might make you think twice.

What an amazing and pleasant experience.
Mr. Patel is very professional and organised. Heve phoned me hour before the arrival to confirm that they will be waiting for the car at the place on time or before if I was arriving earlier. The exchange was very efficient. Upon collection I've asked if it was possible for my car to be deliver earlier and it was, it was there just as I've reached.
Thank you so much for your professional and efficient service. I will be deffinitely returning in the future.

Pre pick up:

So we booked a collection for 10am and had written confirmation. We arrived earlier so I called at 9.00am saying we would be early. Called at 9.20 to say we are 20 mins away. The man who answered said they can only get their earliest 10.15am to collect our car. I said we need to check-in by then hence I booked 10am and he insisted no earlier than 10.15am. I said that's terrible service as I can't alter my check in time plus I have 2 children.

The man then swore at me, and then said he is cancelling our collection. I rang back to deescalate the situation but he kept swearing saying I've insulted his company and he doesn't have to return my car if he chooses to collect it!!

This was extremely stressful!! I've never had a company owner swear at me before. Asian man, had an accent also. He answers the mobile number they provide.

I then called and again attempted to calm him down as I needed my car collected, it was ridiculous. He then agreed to collect it again and at 10.15 a driver turned up and took the car. I had to run out of the airport to meet the driver during my baggage drop and left my pregnant wife to handle the bags and my 2 young kids.

Return:
Return was good, we landed in the wrong terminal and they delivered my car to us in a timely manner.

Car seems undamaged but just dirty on the outside.

If the return wasn't done well I would have given 1 star, but the return deserved credit.

I wont be using them again however.

We used Airside Parking for our recent trip to South Africa and the guys were excellent! They were in contact to let us know about a British Airways IT systems failure and that saved us an unnecessary trip to Heathrow. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent service.
My return flight was changed, which meant I arrived at a much earlier time than planned and at a different terminal. I emailed the company with the new details and they responded to my email immediately.
I was met at the new time and in the new location without any extra charge and without any issues.
I will be using this company again.

This was an excellent service - I was met on time by a friendly team member for drop off of my car and when I returned from travels, my car was ready for me within half an hour of landing (worth calling as soon as I landed to let the company know to get the car on time). Hardworking professional team, polite and willing to go the extra mile - thank you for making it all so easy.

Worst meet and greet company we have ever used!!!! AVOID!!!

We have been left extremely disappointed with the service that we received. We called to collect our car at 8:45am. We didn’t get our car until 11:15am. We were left in the cold with two small children who were hungry, cold and fed up.

Each time we called we were told 15 minutes. The excuses ranged from that there was a lot of police and traffic outside the terminal, to later being informed that a lorry had broken down and finally, when the driver arrived he was super apologetic and told us that they couldn’t initially find our car. We were tracking our car and for the whole time it hadn’t moved but we were continually informed that it was en-route. My husband had to get an Uber in the end as he needed to work and we had a food order arriving. I will be seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused and reporting them to the airport authority. They should not be allowed to run a service like this. I was approached by concerned providers (who had stands there) as they could see I had been waiting some time. We will never use this provider again.

Terrible service, would never use again. Rang as requested as we landed and then when we collected our baggage. They obviously do nothing until the second call ( I assumed they would be getting the car ready ad making there way to the drop off point based on this call!) we then waited at the pick up point for our car and having checked after 20 minutes waiting were assured it was less that 10 minutes away, wrong 20 minutes later the car arrived with conflicting reasons for the delay (traffic, only 3 drivers working today etc.) . At one point we were told that the driver and car were there waiting for us (they were not!) They pulled in 10 minutes later. There was another lady that had been waiting for 1 hour 20 mins for her car! I will not be using them again and I would advise other to find a more reliable service.

I booked Airside parking Meet and Greet service 24 – 28 March
My booking was based on the following information, on their website, therefore I had a reasonable expectation of my vehicle being secure.
• The airside.parking website claims that it is “A car park that has been vetted by Police to ensure it's fully secured” and “Awarded by the Association of Police Officers, the Park Mark award scheme is dedicated to providing safer surroundings for the public. When you park at one of our Park Mark-awarded sites, you know the security standards have been credited by the experts and your car is in good hands, giving you extra peace of mind while you're away.” Evidently this is not true.

When my vehicle was returned:
• The driver said everything was fine and gave me the keys.
• I started the engine and was horrified at the loud noise…the catalytic converter had been stolen from my vehicle (but until a bystander informed me of this I didn’t know this was the cause).
• I asked the driver what had happened, he denied all knowledge, yet it was impossible to be unaware of the problem unless he was deaf.
• He phoned ‘the manager’ who denied all knowledge of the problem
• I called the manager later and asked for the physical address where my car had been stored. Initially he though I was someone else and rambled on about ‘I could ignore the parking ticket because they would sort it as they had a particularly busy day with 2000 cars and had parked some in the street’….which I found extremely odd.
• The manager then refused to give me the address of where my vehicle had been stored.
• He told me that I had to send an email to info but I could not expect a response for 48 hours. I still have not had a response 1 week later despite follow up.
• The airside.parking website terms and conditions page is empty.
The lack of response implies negligence at best or complicity on the part of Airside Parking.

My evening flight back from Milan back to Heathrow T5 was cancelled which meant that I had to stay an additional day and the fly back the next morning into Gatwick rather than Heathrow. Airside parking offered to drive my car to Gatwick to meet me(provided I paid the additional insurance cost) which was impressive. Then when I elected to pick my car up the next day from Heathrow they met me at a location near the airport that was more convenient to me. Overall excellent customer service and I will now when I fly from Heathrow.

I’ve used this service for over a year every other week. Flawless. The team is very helpful and always happy to help. They will call you when you land and within 15’ from getting your bags you’ve got your car.

Very good service. A mistake from myself was rectified by a very helpful man on the other end of the phone.

I booked with Airside Parking through Compare Parking Deals for Meet & Greet parking at Heathrow. I needed to get my electric car charged whilst it was there so that I could drive home. I confirmed the process with Compare Parking Deals, who told me just to phone the mobile number provided after booking. I phoned the number and was told yes, they can do this, I just needed to tell the driver when he collected my car. When my car was collected I told the driver and he wrote it down that my car needed charging (there would be an additional charge of £35 but I agreed to that)
When my car was given back to me on the Friday evening it had 5 miles left on the battery! The driver would have known as when the battery gets this low it would have been flashing lots of warning lights. He was rude, clearly couldn't care less, and just chucked the keys at me and walked off.
I was stranded. I couldn't leave the car park as I couldn't risk breaking down on the road. I managed to effectively roll the car down 2 levels in the car park to the level that had chargers. I had to wait 2 hours for one to become available. It was a slow charge, so after an hour I had 30 miles available and I risked leaving the car park (after paying a fine for overstaying in the short stay car park). I found the closest fast charging point, which was in a dodgy pub car park in Slough where I had to sit whilst my car charged for over an hour until 1am on a Saturday morning. This was not a safe position for a lone female!!
I eventually got home at gone 3am - I should have been home by 11pm the night before.
A thoroughly traumatic experience.

Used this company for meet and greet from T5. We were due to return at 22.30 but flight was delayed and we didn’t get into Heathrow til just after midnight…and so the nightmare began. We started calling the number, it was switched off. We finally managed to get a response shortly after 6 to be told that they DO NOT WORK AFTER 22-30. We were not informed of this at the time of the booking and cannot verify whether this is accurately reflected on website, as they claim, as website is down!! Given that they finish at 22-30 they should never have accepted the booking.
Unapologetic driver, smell of cigarette smoke in car and he left his cigarettes in pocket of car door.

Very, very happy with this service. Meet and greet service fantastic is highly recommended! Will definitely use again…

Really excellent service. Everything worked as described. Much better than waiting for a bus in a windy wet car park. We’ll definitely use Airside Parking next time we fly out of LHR.
