It shall never be well with the director of this company. The pain you made me go through, God will reward you according to your wickedness. You will experience more than the problem you gave me. I honestly left my car with you and travelled home. You destroyed my car before Icame back without taking responsibility. Now I am in debt and bankruptcy because of you. It shall never be well with your finance.

I booked through an external company and therefore did not realise that I used this company. Now I have come here and seen the awful reviews and agree with them all.

When I landed and they returned the car back to me my rear view mirror was not attached to my windscreen is was literally hanging off. I called them back and they said “was it like that before” well obviously not because I would not be calling you back. There is also a dent in my car above my wheel which was not there before. And of course they had unplugged my dashcam…so conveniently nothing is recorded. Finally over 50 miles was put on my car so god knows where my car has been driven.

I will never ever be using this company again!

They damaged my new pco car. The insurance refused to pay. They said the car was not damaged by myself. I spent over 8000pounds for repairs and I am now in bankrupcy. Police said it is a civil case

This is a scammers company. Please stay away from their Heathrow meet and greet service. They find reasons to charge you, their advisors are rude don’t respect customers.

Absolutely shocking. I wish I’d read the reviews first. We called when we landed and were hand luggage only so went straight through passport control. After 90 minutes our car finally arrived with a huge chip out of one of the doors. At least 8 calls to find out what was happening and just excuses. Never again!!!

Worst experience of customer service I've EVER experienced. I paid for the Meet & Greet service at Heathrow last month and the company failed to dispatch drivers to deliver the cars back to the designated point on arrival. The complaint with their representative is ongoing 4 weeks later and has still not been resolved. DO NOT USE AIRSIDE PARKING.

One star is generous! Arrived back and followed the instructions as per email. 1. Man on the phone told me I was due back the following day, ‘I’m looking at your email now, says 26th’ I was looking as well. 2 Told me my car was now locked in a compound that was closed at 3pm. I repeatedly called and eventually got my car at 1130pm, my flight landed 915pm. Then, just to top it off there was a dent in my rear door, the comment was ‘that little thing?’ I was given a story about covering for a company that had gone bust. If that was the case why did my email from January have this companies mobile on it. Just shocking all round… totally lost confidence in meet and greet.

Well Just look at all the real reviews giving 1* and look at the pattern of 5* false account reviews, not even clever enough to throw a couple of 4 or 3* ratings in the mix to make it more believable, look at website slogan below and read the honest reviews, would you now trust this company, I was that sucker and cost me £560 to fix their damage and not a penny back

My car had damage caused in their care and they have refused to investigate and take any responsibility.

Checking your car before signing their paperwork still doesn’t matter as if they did damage your vehicle they would just ignore you.
I received a reply saying they gonna investigate and then never heard from them again or even got a reply to my emails.
I used them in May 2024 for a week and their service is good to be fair but if they damage your vehicle they won’t admit to it .
Rather pay the extra money and go to professional parking.

Can I please ask you to confirm the car registration for me and then allow me to check the images taken upon arrival and come back to you with a response.

You can trust the negative reviews and I wish I read them before booking.
Their website gives 5 star trust pilot reviews which demonstrates how this company operates.

Please check your car before signing their paperwork. I trusted them and that was my mistake.
But the company showed their true colours when they refused to check their cctv to understand if the damage was done in their care.
I’ve reported them to park mark and they are investigating- watch this space.

Booking with this company is very high risk, spend the extra money and use a professional company not a bunch of crooks.

Very stressful experience collecting our car to pick it up from Heathrow Terminal 5.
Gentlemen delivering the car sat waiting in the car while we were standing for an hour
Poor communication - The telephone number of the company has an answering machine which is full and does not allow to leave a message
It was a very difficult time trying to chase your car on arrival.
This company has limited experience and I wouldn't recommend booking with them
We had to pay for the parking tickets on departure and arrival

If I could give a zero, I would. I booked these through JustParkMe a booking site. I did not know until I returned from my overseas trip that JustParkMe had contracted the meet and greet to this set of shysters. They parked the car back in Heathrow some 12 hours BEFORE my return from India, thus incurring parking charges for which I got a £100 penalty notice. Parkingeye the penalty notice contractor dismissed my appeal even though I could prove I was not in the country when the penalty occurred. I'm still fighting!! STAY AWAY FROM AIRSIDE PLEASE

After I come back from my holiday, I receive a letter in the post with the parking fine cost hundred pound

In addition to my last review- ‘potential scam - avoid at all costs’ - I can report that I did get a full refund on account of the experience I had. They did their best to resolve the situation and whilst I would be cautious about booking with them again, they have redeemed themselves somewhat due to their customer service after the event.

Can't give zero stars unfortunately. Used the meet and greet service, paid for parking and gave the ticket to the driver so was amazed to get an e mail from my company with a parking fine showing the car leaving the car park 4 hours later. As it was 3 days before Xmas I paid the £60 and have contacted this company several times since but apart from an e mail and a WhatsApp message saying not to pay the fine as it was an administrative error and that Parking Eye will send confirmation of cancellation which has never been received they have ignored me. They said in the e mail that they do not refund as I shouldn't have paid it and since then they have not responded. Do not use this company!

Did a meet and greet with them (5 days Heathrow T5). I could kick myself for not properly checking car when they delivered it back to me in short stay CP. I spotted some damage the day after. They had actually tried to glue bits of the car back together to conceal the damage!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wish I could give zero stars!! Avoid this company at all costs, Not only were they very unprofessional (left us waiting for 40 minutes to return our car after we had called several times since plane landed) Cars wheel damaged during time it was in their care and had photos as proof, they refused to compensate stating that any damages caused will not be covered unless the car is an an accident???? when looking at dash cam footage the car was moved serveral times over a four day period. This company is joke! How they are able to still legally trade is beyond me!

I left my kids backpacks in the car, upon return all the contents of them were thrown at the floor, all parts of the cars were reviewed and things were missing, sunglasses and other items were stolen. The driver delivered that car in that condition without any issue and the company never replied to my emails of complaints.
