They were 30 minutes late to collect my key once arriving at Heathrow, they then lost my car key and I had to wait over two hours to have this issue resolved, the member of staff also checked under my wheels arch for the key which I think is unacceptable for that to have even been an option. I would NOT recommend this company. The response made by the company is a lie, I called the company at 06:52 to tell them I arrived at Heathrow, I did not leave the car park until 9am i have the phone records to prove this. I understand my key wasn’t left on the tyre, BUT the driver still checked every wheel whilst on the phone to the company, so it definitely was a possibility it could have been there.

The most convenient way for me to park regularly at Heathrow. Very competitive pricing, the drivers and office staff are friendly and efficient too. I only use these guys nowadays ....

We made a mistake with our booking and inadvertently booked for two hours earlier than we had planned to arrive. Our error. Star rang us 60 minutes after the stated arrival time asking if we were still coming. Even though it was inconvenient for them they were extremely helpful. The arranged for a staff member to stay late to wait on as we would now be the last car arriving for the day. Nirosh arranged this and Reza met our car. Super service to correct our mistake and very friendly and helpful. Will use again. Excellent

I've been using STAR parking for the last couple of years and have been impressed by their pricing, ethos, service and response times. Unlike other firms I've tried previously, we've always had attentive service and great communication, and we haven't been left waiting for our car to be brought back. Excellence personified, and I highly recommend.

This is the second time we are using Star parking, we received great service and good communication both times.
We was repatriated from Dubai last week, we did not know any flight details until we reached the airport, due to time difference, we sent the flight number to Star Parking along with a message, our car was available on landing. Thankyou Star parking

Absolutley amazing service! Can’t fault it. I’m always nervous leaving my car after hearing horror stories that people have. But I felt so confident leaving it with them, they were there instantly when we arrived, took pictures of the vehicle. When I called after we landed they had someone there within 20 minutes. Thank you very much for a great service, if I ever fly Heathrow again will be using you for sure :)

When I’ve secured flight tickets my next call is to Star Parking. They do a fabulous job and recognise me as a returning customer. Hey it’s car parking made simple and at good prices for a drop off service- no brainier!

We waited for nearly 20 mins when dropping off despite calling ahead and had to pay for the card to exit.
On return, despite being on the phone to them from when we landed, we still waited nearly 20 mins again and had to pay to exit the parking!!!
I have used a number of operators and never had to pay for the parking card and the service is rubbish!

If you actually read my review properly, I am referring to the short term parking cost to enter and exit the parking NOT the extra amount I had to pay for getting the return date incorrect on my booking - which I realised as soon as I dropped my car off and immediately informed you of the fact and agreed I would pay the extra fee on return. Despite advising of this, you still called me on the Saturday asking where I was (the return was moved to the Sunday!)
20 min wait in the parking lot for drop and return is NOT acceptable for meet and greet.

This company are absolutely shocking!! From the first arrival we had an ignorant guy eventually turn up, didn't acknowledge we were there and was talking on the phone for ages, his first words muttered rudely "you pay for parking" and took the keys! Not the best start! Upon return to the UK we had 2 missed calls from them before even getting off the plane (odd considering it states to call them when you get your luggage) they knew when the plane landed and seemed a bit flustered...they then said give them 20 minutes or so because the windscreen needed clearing? When he finally arrived he turned the car off, gave us the key and we were looking forward to driving home after a 22 hour journey. Upon attempting to start the car the battery was so flat it could barely turn over!! As a result the car couldn't start and when I asked him what to do he basically said "it was fine when he started it" (yeah right, so it's suddenly died from wherever you parked it to the airport!) as a result I needed to pay extra for parking and were left stranded, the person working for star parking offered no assistance whatsoever and when I asked if someone from his office could help with jump leads he told us "he's sleeping" the battery was clearly dead when he went to start it which is why he wanted to know how long we'd be. We luckily got help from the airport parking but we were left for an hour with no assistance from Star Parking!! I would never use this company again and I would suggest you avoid them like the plague.
Summary - this company are expensive, rude, unhelpful and in my opinion not at all professional!!
Also a final note this is a modern car thats used daily and had a 70 mile journey to the airport, we've never had issues with the battery or starting.
The reply from star parking is not at all surprising and their claims are not true, yes driver did wait but only because he had another customers car to collect but he did nothing to help, in fact he stayed away from us! If CCTV was checked you'd see the other companies (based at Heathrow) helping and finally the Heathrow car park staff finally jump starting the car. All the staff from the other companies were equally disgusted by the treatment we received! They were more helpful and we weren't even their customer! Additionally since returning I've given the battery a charge and the car is fine with no further issues! The main point here is the car was left in your care, when returned to us the driver turned the car off and it would not start due to a flat battery, he was there to witness this, god knows how this happened but it could have been something as simple as the lights left on? The point is there was no assistance from your company at any point and quite frankly the driver was helpless because there was nobody from your company to help! The review is 100% honest and accurate, the fact that you've been defensive and not even made contact or apologised is a clear sign of how this company runs it's customer service! Avoid them

The whole process from phoning in advance of arrival through to delivery of our car on our return was seamless. The instructions and directions were clear, the driver was polite and professional, and there were no delays at any stage. We'll definitely use Star Parking Meet and Greet again.

We used Star Parking for a recent flight from Heathrow. On arriving the car park actually belonged to Holiday Inn, but was being used to house migrants. The car park was full so we did not have a dedicated space but had to leave the car at the side of an access road. Not exactly secure parking. The bus to the airport ow only runs once an hour as well.

Very impressive and flexible to assist when I gave wrong arrival time at Heathrow and they fitted us in. Very impressed with service. Quick a d friendly.

I’ve used Star Parking on a number of occasions now and have been really pleased with their service. I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for their drivers to come and collect the car and also return it. I use their service which includes the carpark fees on collection and return and their prices are still very competitive. Highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic. Every time I have used them they deliver exactly what they say. The service is excellent and if you have a question you can email them and have a response in minutes. I've just arrived an hour ahead of schedule and they have accommodated me with politeness and courtesy. I will not use anyone else and highly recommend them. The price is also competitive.

Choose a different operator - one who informs you up front that you have to pay the short term parking fee at pick up and drop off (another £20+) and who is more transparent about waiting times. Yes, its busy, but dont say pick up is 20-30 minutes when it turns out to be 55 minutes. Their driver seemed misogynistic and was unapologetic and surly. His supervisor / manager was doing his best, but when yet another aggressive "colleague" crowds round whilst you are checking your car for damage, you know to avoid this mob like the plague in future.

I have been using Star Parking for more than 10 years for my Heathrow travels, several times every year.
They have never let me down and always do what has been agreed.
Star Parking are also very flexible and can accommodate changes to bookings without any hassle at all.
Excellent communications, courteous drivers, efficient management and always spot on time.
I warmly recommend Star Parking to anyone travelling in and out of Heathrow airport.

An easy website, clear information given for directions and the procedure for dropping off and collection. We were met on arrival in good time and very little wait on collection. Staff were friendly, have re-booked for next time, would definitely recommend.

Helpful, efficient
