My ACQRA saga
Further to my ACQRA saga, I finally did receive my refund as promised, but not without many inquiries, follow-ups, phone calls and reviews. It was a very frustrating experience, but since they did finally process the refund, I am doing my due diligence, reporting that they did eventually make good on their comment. The only issue that I have with these companies that utilize 3rd party service providers, is that it is never transparent until you see the charge on your credit card … very challenging to navigate before hand and most discouraging for continued online purchases.

Hice una compra en un oulet de coach a partir de una publicación de facebook, fueron alrededor de $100 dólares. Primero, me mandaron por correo un número de rastreo de mi paquete, en cual se suponía que llegaría en dos semanas (15 días aproximadamente). Después, en la página para rastrear el paquete no hay forma de saber que empresa de paquetería entregaría el paquete. Tercero, el paquete nunca llegó a mi domicilio y la página para rastrear el mismo notificaba un estatus de entregado. Ya mandé múltiples correos a la dirección shoppingblooms-body para informar que no me llegó el paquete, pero nunca han contestado.
Resumen, fraude, estafa. Y si esta cuenta recibe los pagos debería informarnos quienes son los dueños para levantar denuncias por fraude.
Veo que todos los comentarios son quejas por un presunto fraude o estafa, deberíamos denunciar a quien recibe los pagos que es ACQRA.

Fake shop scam - Acqra.com is liable as it allows to onboard so many shops to its payment processor
I was scammed 74.86 Eur from and online shop that was accepting payments with Acqra,com.
It seems this Payment processor Onboarding process is designed in a such low security level that every kind of business is allowed to accept payments.
Meanwhile I got now also second unrecognized charge in amount 24.99 from USA, I assume the fake shop is also selling our legit card number details collected in first payment.
Acqra.com should be Liable for all these loses and for leaking the card data through their fake shops integrated without taking proper security measures to protect them as required by law.

Minus stars, this is a complete scam. Like all the comments here, I ordered items from the website on 10/25/24 with a tracking number of 17 tracks or something.. Of course the items did not arrive and a guy named Allen from customer service every time asks for another 3-4 days to check the delivery, the address, the order or in short Takes time and keeps trying to make me think that the shipment will come sometime. An unpleasant experience. It is not recommended to buy from there! Be careful!!!

En mi cuenta bancaria consta que el pago se hizo a través de la pasarela Acqra *houemt.
El paquete no lo he recibido a pesar de que el seguimiento de envío a través de ''https://t.17track.net'' dice que sí. La web de bicicletas me sugiere que para dudas contacte con la web ''barrierfreebath.com'' que vende productos de baño!!!
No he recibido mi compra y todo esto suena a estafa.

Creo que son páginas clonadas, porque en el pago del banco me aparecía China.
Una estafa obvio.
Y mi banco no me devuelve nada.
LES HE SOLICITADO UN REEMBOLSO POR MAIL PORQUE NO TENGO DINERO PARA PODER HACERLE EL REGALO DE NAVIDAD A MI HIJA.
Y SI NO ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO EN UNOS DIAS, VOY A DENUNCIAR A LA POLICÍA ESTA PÁGINA DE CHINA.
