There are hidden fees being deducted from my Mastercard balance without any clear reason or prior notice.
I contacted support a week ago (on November 3rd), and until today, November 11th, I still haven’t received any response.

This delay is completely unacceptable, especially for a sensitive issue involving money and card security.
Unfortunately, many friends warned me about this app before, but I wanted to test it myself.
It turns out they were right… the app shows non-transparent deductions, which makes it feel like there is manipulation or even fraud happening.

I made two deposits (USDT and USDC) to my Fyatu account and both are confirmed on blockchain but not credited. Support stopped replying for over a week.
I just need my funds credited or refunded.

Tres bonne application, mais pourquoi vous ne demandez pas au utilisateur un numéro d'identifiant fiscal?? car sans cela sa ne rend pas la plateforme crédible, et professionnele. Pourquoi ne pas demandé aux utilisateurs un numéro didentifiant fiscal comme les autres appli comme Paysika ect..

Ça fait 3 ans que j'utilise cette plateforme et mon expérience est positive. Néanmoins,il y a eu beaucoup de changements : Avant ,On pouvait recharger avec Crypto,carte bancaire
,payeer et mobile money . Et le retrait pouvait se faire par les mêmes moyens. Actuellement le retrait est possible seulement avec mobile money et Payeer. les cryptos sont exclus. Nous demandons qu'on puisse ajouter aussi les cryptos comme moyen de retrait.
En bref, nous sommes fière et satisfait de services que Fyatu nous fournit. Nous espérons à beaucoup d'apports et d'innovations de la part de notre chere plateforme . Merci !

They are no more online and their WhatsApp according does not exist. But this not a suprise. Because business online are born one day and are gone the next day

I don't think that people should trust this platform, whatever it did in the past considered as good service it's the total opposite these days. Money service is a sensitive thing, you can't for any reason prevent people from using their money like that, steal or delete their account. Don't use it guys!!! STAY AWAY FROM FYATU!!!!

They took all my personal information and prevented me from login sending me codes infinitely every time I tried to log in. I'm sure they resell your personal information. I can't delete my profile. I don't recommend

Scammers i they charge alot you cant do anything without a very big fee , and hidden fees plus i opened a virtual card than suddenly i didnt find it and i can withdraw my money i dont recommand at all ! they dont reply i cant refund , at least it was just 10 usd for card and 3 other dollars stuck inside i cant move anything i cant refund anything

One of the worst financial companies I have dealt with, when you buy a virtual card for 3 years, it is deleted every 4 months without any compensation for funds or even prior notice, that is, every 4 months you have to pay$ 10 for a service lasting 3 years on paper - it's a farce-in addition, when you have a virtual card and try to charge it after a period

I have been using Fyatu’s services since June 2023. As a patient person, I’ve tried to tolerate all the issues I’ve faced, but now I’m completely exhausted. Every time I try to use my money, I encounter some kind of problem. About 90% of the time, there’s an issue, and the only response I get is to “wait.” They either ignore messages or reply selectively with significant delays. When they do respond, it’s always the same generic message:

"Dear Customer,
We have submitted your request to the technical team for verification.
Please wait, we will inform you when it is resolved."

This platform is highly unreliable, unprofessional, and not transparent.

Excessive and Hidden Fees: The fees on Fyatu are extremely high, and they seem to charge you at every possible step:

Fee for depositing money into your dashboard.
Fee for transferring money from the dashboard to your card.
Fee for using money on the card.
Fee for withdrawing money from the card back to your dashboard.
These fees are not clearly explained or outlined in any rules, leaving users confused and unable to understand what’s happening with their money.

Untrue and Misleading Rules for Withdrawals: On their withdrawal page, it states, "You must make at least one deposit with this Payment Method to be able to withdraw money using it. Withdrawals are made only to the same account used to make a deposit!" This is completely false! I have made multiple deposits using Perfect Money and Trust Wallet (crypto wallet), yet I am still unable to withdraw funds using these methods. They are not following their own policies and seem to block withdrawals on purpose.

Inconsistent Deposit Issues: Several times, I’ve tried to deposit money from my dashboard to my card, but it was not allowed. This has been happening for years, and I still don’t know why. Their lack of explanation and transparency makes the platform impossible to trust.

Card Deletions Without Authorization: Fyatu deleted my previous VISA card without notifying me. To make matters worse, they asked me to buy a new card without refunding me for the card they deleted without my authorization. Recently, I bought a new card just one month ago, and now it’s been terminated for two weeks without any explanation. I’ve contacted their support team multiple times, but I’ve received no clear answers about what’s happening.

Unreliable and Unhelpful Customer Support: Their support is practically useless. They ignore most messages, respond selectively, or just send generic replies that don’t address the problem. This poor communication only makes customers more frustrated and anxious.

Instability and Fear of Losing Access to Funds: Fyatu constantly blocks cards and accounts without notice. Their instability and unreliability leave customers in fear of losing access to their funds at any moment.

Mismanagement of Funds: They’ve withdrawn money from my card and placed it on their dashboard without any notice or explanation. This behavior is completely unacceptable, as customers deserve clarity and control over their funds.

In conclusion, Fyatu is unreliable, unprofessional, and potentially a scam. They charge excessive fees, violate their own policies, block accounts and cards without explanation, and provide no customer support. I have had enough of their instability and poor practices, and I strongly urge anyone considering using Fyatu to stay away. This platform is not worth the stress or risk of losing your hard-earned money!
