Really easy to set up account and pay with a quick response

They have been informative, helpful, kind and friendly. They have very good programmes and have been very clear throughout.

We were looked after so well throughout the whole experience.

I found Access Fertility really helpful especially during a time that could be very stressful for some. Their Customer Service was prompt and there was always someone on the other end of a phone line or email to assist with any queries.

The ease of speaking with Access, the straightforward process and onboarding, and the correspondence, have all been a surprise. We have only just started our journey, so don't know if there might be troublesome issues down the line, but from the simple and straightforward approach so far we expect this is a great service.

Mención MUY especial merece Oriol, que se ha implicado con nosotros como jamás pensé que nadie pudiera hacerlo. Ha aclarado cada una de nuestras dudas desde el minuto uno, ha tenido muchísima paciencia contestando cada una de ellas una por una y ha mostrado muchísima empatía durante todo el proceso. From the first phone call, staff were supportive and informative. The process of getting registered and then to the enrolment was smooth and much quicker than anticipated.communication was excellent and our portal page was kept up to date every step of the way, and we were sent emails and texts to keep us updated also.

Learnt the costs and was quickly able to sign up.

Right from the first call they have been so helpful. Everything has been made very clear and easy to do. We are only in the early stages at the minute so can only review for setting it up ready to start our first round.
