What a scam
Do not use, this is a complete scam. We had to pay an additional £1000 in medication fees because so much medication we needed was not included in the so called ‘medication inclusive’ package we bought.

Our programmes are designed to be as comprehensive as possible. We know the IVF journey can be both stressful and expensive so we aim to provide treatment programmes that are cost effective and supportive.
Unfortunately we are unable to include every brand of medication in the IVF Refund and Multi-Cycle Medication inclusive programmes. We include the standard medication for each IVF cycle but if we were to include every different type of medication this would significantly increase the cost of the programmes for every patient. We try to make this as clear as possible to patients before they enrol and it is also included in the patient agreement. We understand it is frustrating when you are required to pay additional costs.
Patient feedback is very important to us and we strive to take a proactive approach and learn from all of our patients. We have already recently updated our patient agreement to include a clearer explanation of the medication included in the medication inclusive programmes.
We know you are frustrated by the additional medication costs but the only way to make the medications programmes as low cost as possible, for all patients, we are only able to include the standard IVF medication.
Do not use this company for fertility…
Do not use this company for fertility treatment. I’m going through my 2nd cycle and 2 weeks before my FET I get a call to say I owe them £800 because I didn’t have a fresh embryo transfer (I couldn’t because I react to the medication after egg collection) they basically said if I don’t pay I can’t go through to have my FET. They are an awful company and only care about getting money side. I opted for the 2cycle package.

Patient feedback is very important to us and we are sorry you feel like you haven’t received the high quality service we strive to provide.
Our programmes are designed to be as comprehensive and long term as possible. We know the IVF journey can be both stressful and expensive. We aim to provide treatment programmes that meet the personal needs of our patients but are also cost effective and supportive.
Unfortunately we are not yet able to include everything in our programmes that we would like to. Under some of our programmes we do not cover the cost of a freeze-all: an egg collection where all embryos are subsequently frozen and no fresh transfer take place. This treatment protocol is more expensive for us to provide and we therefore have to charge an additional fee in some cases.
However, we know this is not what patients want and we are working hard to modernise our programmes. At some clinics we have removed the additional fee and we are working to replicate this across the country.
Where a freeze-all fee does apply we will always let patients know during the registration and enrolment process.
We know you are frustrated by the additional fee but the only way we are able to offer our programmes (Refund and Multi-cycle) is by charging these fees when we have to.

Tanto Oriol como Bárbara son muy profesionales y resolutivos.
En mi caso la puntuación la pongo debido a que comentan que el acceso a estos programas se basan a priori en la edad de la paciente y no ha sido así. En mi caso tengo baja reserva, 0.54 concretamente y ese ha sido el motivo por el cual y según me han informado no he podido acceder cosa que entiendo ya que toda empresa está para ganar dinero...
Pienso que así como en otros programas de este tipo, deberían especificar los criterios, que lógicamente los tienen.

Muchas gracias por dejarnos tu opinión. Desde que los pacientes se ponen contacto con nosotros, nuestro equipo siempre intenta explicar toda la información de la manera más clara y detallada posible. Nuestros Programas de FIV con Reembolso están sujetos a una revisión médica que determinará si la paciente es aceptada en estos programas. Esta es una evaluación global de toda la información proporcionada por la clínica, donde nuestro equipo médico valorará aspectos como los resultados de las pruebas de diagnóstico, información sobre los ciclos de FIV que la paciente haya realizado previamente y cualquier otra información médica que pueda ser relevante para el tratamiento que la paciente vaya a recibir. No existe un criterio prestablecido sino que cada paciente es evaluada de forma individual y personalizada. Existen diferentes programas dependiendo de la edad de la paciente pero sólo mediante la revisión médica podemos establecer quienes pueden acceder a nuestros Programas de FIV con Reembolso.
Lamentamos que no hayamos cumplido con tus expectativas durante el proceso de inscripción y te agradecemos mucho tu opinión, dado que nos va a ayudar a seguir mejorando nuestros servicios y explicar nuestros procesos de manera más personalizada.

Financial reassurance
We used Access Fertility so that we knew exactly what our IVF treatment was going to cost from the very beginning. We found their service easy to use, efficient and straight forward and I would recommend using this payment method to others who need some reassurance when paying for such expensive treatment. This means once you've paid the upfront fee you can concentrate on your IVF journey instead of worrying about mounting treatment costs.

Choosing one of the packages we felt…
Choosing one of the packages we felt reassured that the costs were not going to spiral out of control. What wasn’t included was made clear to us. In the end we didn’t require multiple cycles but did require 2 embryo transfers. We spent similar amount perhaps a little more than paying as we go, but now we have baby Margot that cost has become insignificant. I would definitely recommend as helps reduce the stress of it all.

Excellent Customer Service
The support and service received from Access Fertility has been excellent. Barbara is brilliant, she explained the process to me without rushing just making sure that I understood everything completely. She was very supportive and she returned my calls in a very fast manner and always willing to help out. I can not thank her enough for easing the process that is already a very daunting experience.
