Great communication, really friendly staff, a smooth and trouble free process from start to finish.

Oriol was our main contact for the majority and was so lovely. I would absolutely recommend AF to everyone.

Good service so far

I dropped one star as we have received two reminders for this feedback straight after payment, but before we received the actual service. It feels somewhat sloppy to get the feedback before delivering the service.

That being said, so far every went very quickly, we received rapid responses to our queries, and we were even given a phone call were a member of staff patiently explained bits of contracts that were not clear to us from the reading.

Recommended for the speedy and reactive service... waiting to see the rest of it in the months to come.

Access Fertility made the process quick, easy and problem-free. Great customer service every time and very fast turnaround time.

Everything went exactly to plan. We had a slightly tight schedule but everything was done quickly and efficiently which is exactly what we needed.
My only negative is that I would have expected a payment option by debit/credit card. Perhaps the fees are too high? Luckily this didn’t cause an issue for us.

Initial contact was easy and communication has been brilliant. Only downside is you can only pay by bank transfer which for large amounts is an issue as you need to go into your branch and with Covid banks are now closed much more. Option to pay by card over the phone would be a real benefit.
