Our boiler recently started to leak, got in contact with their customer service, sent off pictures and everything they asked for. Their response to our issue was very quick. Couldn’t fault them. Speaking to a member of their team Ellie, she helped us with a replacement boiler. We couldn’t be happier, Thankyou so much

We recently had a new kitchen installed, where we had an Adobe Pico mixer tap. Within a week of the sink and tap being installed the spout became very stiff when moving it. Given the problems we had experienced with the kitchen fitting company I decided to contact the Adobe customer service team to ask for advice. The lady I spoke with was exceptionally helpful and after discussing the problem, she organised a replacement spout and emailed me the instructions to replace the spout. The service I received from Adobe was first class. The spout has now been changed and works fine now. Thank you to Adobe for resolving the issue without any fuss.

I rang Proboil’s customer service line as, after six years of constant use, my tap had started to leak and I needed some advice on where to get a suitable washer. My call was answered very quickly and their customer service representative, Margery, couldn’t have been more helpful. She sent me the parts I needed without charge and also included the necessary instructions. I would throughly recommend Proboil to anyone.

Bought the pro boil 3 in 2020 we have replaced filter as needed and had it checked over by our plumber. Came up with pcb fault last week so contacted customer services to only be told the PB3 is discontinued and only option given from them was to buy the PB4!! Paying around £500 for a product you would expect it to last longer than 4.5 years and when you need a replacement part, the customer service team just try to sell you a newer product. I would just warn potential buyers to be wary that faults can arise even if you look after the product well and then the only option is to fully replace the product at a big cost.

I had an issue with my ProBoil.2x which couldnt be fixed - unfortunately, I didnt have the paperwork for it (proof of purchase) - after calling Howdens etc, Margery came up with a solution to get a replacement, and it was sent out the next day. She was v helpful thoughtout the process, and a pleasure to deal with

This is how customer service is meant to be! We had an issue with our hot tap and the wonderful Margery at Proboil went above and beyond to help us sort it. She listened to the problem and talked us through how to work out what the issue was then sent out replacement parts when we’d worked it out with very clear instructions on how to fix the problem. Meant we didn’t have to call out a plumber to fix it and could do it ourselves. She was so patient when we got it wrong. Couldn’t fault the service, it was professional, polite, prompt, clear and thorough. Thank you Margery and Proboil!

We have had the tap and boiler for almost two years, can’t believe we didn’t get one sooner. What was also impressive was that when the boiler developed a fault I spoke to a customer service advisor who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Within the hour I was told a new boiler was being dispatched that evening. Great after sale service.

We had a problem with our proboil 2x, I contacted customer service they agreed to replace the boiler and it was sent out to us the next day, excellent service, highly recommended.

I bought an Abode Atlas quad kitchen tap several months ago, and I just wanted to say how absolutely fantastic I think the product is from this company - I honestly can't believe what a difference it has made in my wife and I's day-to-day lives. Every time I use it it just makes me smile as I remember what it replaced (a cheap and nasty mixer tap that I soldiered on with for years). Abode's atlas tap is so well-designed and it also looks stunning (we got it in black and despite the price premium it was definitely worth it!) I honestly just wish I had upgraded so much sooner! The improvement in the flow-rate I’ve experienced as well, is just the icing on the cake.

Anyway, it honestly is one of the best upgrades I've invested in for our kitchen and I could not be happier with it - I also found their customer service to be very helpful post-purchase - I just needed to get in touch to clarify what the "neostrahl" was that was referenced on one of their flow rate diagrams (it's a flow straightener that replaces the aerator and significantly boosts the flow rate further, for anyone reading this who wants to know!!).

I love companies that give great after-sales support to their customers. I called the customer services team today and Kris was superb. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

This company is fantastic. We’ve needed advice a couple of times and they have bent over backwards to assist.

We had a problem with a 5 year old tap and the service team could not have done more to help us sort it out. Turns out it is a valve that can be replaced. They even sent detailed instructions how to complete the valve change. Really impressed with their good old fashioned customer service and best yet, you actually get to speak to a real person.

I spoke with Ellie in the Proboil office who could not have been more helpful. I’d descaled our boiler, hung it back on the wall then managed to cross thread the red plastic wing nut as I attached it to the boiler. Thinking I might ‘get away with it’ I tried using PTFE tape but no cigar! My call to Ellie resulted in a free of charge new wing nut being mailed to me which arrived the next morning and later that day all was well once again.

Our Pro Boil has become a essential to our working from home life. So when it went wrong over Christmas it was a major hassle. Then came the fear of "how do we get it fixed?!!!" Totally impressed with Ellie Sharpe of Abode. Placed a call following the useful link on the web site, was answered within 5 mins, and spoke with a really smart, and engaging Ellie Sharpe who asked clear and logical Questions and suggested I sent some photos to help the discussion. Within 15 mins of starting the call Ellie Sharpe reviewed the issues, talked me through the fault findings, took advice and gave a solution. No "Computer says" No "I'll get back to you". Just a straightforward great customer care, and help. Wonts dare look and ever going with another brand!!
