Very noisy boiling and I have also had to replace filters every 4 months and the boiler still scales up. When it scales it gets even more noisy.

I feel like I wished I’d paid a bit more and gone with a quooker tap setup.

The red safety cap on the tap has also snapped twice with regular use and u can’t actually buy them anywhere!! Can’t face speaking again to howdens who I bought it off

Had an issue with a tap that was over 5 years old. It was no issue for the amazing customer service team at proboil. They replied to my email almost immediately and shipped out replacement parts at no cost (my product was well out of warranty) with instructions on how to resolve the issue, would definitely buy products from them again. The price of this tap is competitive and it looks great so 5⭐️ for aesthetics. Installed now for 6 months. However it is noisy, very noisy, every time it heats which is quite often you can hear it bubling and chugging away and what seems like letting off pressure through the tap itself.
And the cost of the filters that have to be changed every 6 months in a hard water area or the warranty is void is excessive, told to me by a company representative so if your looking to reviews to help you make your decision then I personally look elsewhere.

I had issues with my proboil 2x and had to ring customer service on two separate occasions last week. The service I received was nothing short of outstanding! I literally couldn’t fault a thing. My proboil was out of warranty, however they still went above and beyond what I expected. I think it was Shelly and Chris that spoke with me (apologies if I’ve got this wrong). Thank you.

I may have been unfortunate to have had two boilers that developed faults but you cannot fault their customer service. On both occasions I have been dealt with courteously and efficiently resulting in new units being sent to me within two days of my initial contact. You really can’t ask for more than that. Top notch service and let’s hope it is third time lucky with my new boiler! 😄

The customer service team were really great and helpful. They were so friendly and talked me through all the steps to try and fix my faulty system. On discovering it couldn't be fixed i received a new unit two days later and the old one was collected from my doorstep. I couldn't recommend this company high enough.

Recently bought one of Abode Designs' Verve 1.5 bowl stainless sinks.

Firstly, the product is brilliant and you can see and feel the difference over lesser sinks you may buy.goos design, good materials and well worth spending out on.

Secondly, after sink installation, we found a small cap from the overflow was missing, so I emailed Abode to try and get another one and they replied quickly and sent a replacement one out to us, which is brilliant service.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abode or their products.

What a fabulous customer service. I called as I discovered a fault with my boiler. The very kind lady asked me to send in some pictures and today I received an email that my boiler will be replaced. I absolutely couldn’t do without it now I am used to hot water out of the tap! It’s a great product and a fab company.

Have had nothing but positive experience , customer service is amazing and extremely helpful and willing to help. I have had washers , o rings delivered in a day or two for no extra charge.

I find your response unacceptable , You have ignored everything i have said , I mentioned to you I Purchased an original filter , which failed . Then i purchased 2 filters and a descaler , AND NO HELP FROM YOU .
I honestly thought you were being helpful by my recent contact to you , also please note my water heater was out of action for some time , i only found the inclination to resolve it recently .
I would advise any of your potential customers to think very carefully before spending such funds on your product

The Proboil 4e is not as good as the 3 which we previously owned. The 3 maintained 98 degrees unless in eco mode, which is set by the user, whereas the latest 4E “upgrade” is in my opinion inferior to the 3 as it no longer has the facility to set eco mode and does not maintain 98 degrees, it’s usually 94 degrees so we have to wait for it to heat up before we can have a hot drink.

This company is a byword for customer service.
I needed to replace some high end kitchen taps because, although they were new, they were cross-threaded. After sending the company proof of purchase they sent out replacement taps immediately and organised, free of charge, the collection of the faulty taps. The most impressive aspect of this saga is that my original taps were no longer manufactured and the replacement taps were much more expensive. The considerable mismatch in cost was borne by the company! Deeply impressive!!

When contacting Proboil with a problem with my hot tap , the people on the end of the phone were so helpful, polite and friendly. They tried everything to sort out my problem and when that failed they are sending out a new boiler. That is what I call really excellent service. My sincere thanks in particular to Kris and Margery.

Our Proboil 2X, simply stopped working after Sunday lunch, just when you want a coffee! I rang and spoke to Ellie on Monday. They requested photos, which I sent via WhatsApp. Tuesday morning Ellie replied that a new boiler is on its way free of charge. Why can't all customer service be like this?! Well done Ellie and Proboil.

I had the same issue as a previous customer. No customer support once my Proboil 3 started to fail Only option given was to buy a new boiler. No thankyou. I'll be going back to using a kettle.
