Great Customer Service ...and some!
Having had their systems for a few years in 4 homes now, if you get a snag or issue the team are fast to respond, and even speak to you....a rare thing nowadays. Helpful and knowledgeable staff are quick to resolve issues, even those of you or your plumber s making!, others could learn a lesson from Parboil. 100%...and good kit also :)

Our Proboil sprung a leak i.e. a small plastic nut split. I contacted Proboil who immediately identified the part and posted it out free of charge. Thus our pro boil is now fully operational. Fantastic customer service and assistance when needed, mark of a great company. Thank you. Denise.

Contacted customer services regarding a faulty cold valve for a tap that was under warranty. Margery was extremely helpful and arranged for the replacement part to be sent out next day which in turn fixed the issue.

Superb product. Does exactly what it is meant to do. Instructions and install easy plus the after care service is brilliant. Would highly recommend the company and product.

Contacted the Pronteau support team via an email. They called me back within a day and sent a spare part overnight that fixed my issue.

Outstanding customer service both with Proboil and the Pronteau tap. Had two small issues over the years and with both occasions, quick help, instructions and parts were supplied. No hassle, just friendly willingness to keep the customer happy. Thank you!

Cannot fault their customer service when I had a problem that needing sorting. Replaced boiler and offered free enhanced filter to sort the problem of v hard water.

Proboil’s team bend over backwards to be helpful and will go out of their way to resolve issues in a friendly positive manner. They give sound advice and follow up with excellent YouTube video tutorials that cover all aspects of their products. I would have no hesitation in recommending Proboil to anyone who wants a steaming hot kitchen tap unit.

Abode very promptly replaced a kitchen tap that I'd inherited from the previous house owner that sprung a leak without any hassle and responded quickly when I had a question about fitting the new one. I appreciated the personal customer service.

Very mixed feelings. We bought an Abode mixer tap which is leaking terribly after less than two years, not good and l wish l had read reviews on here before purchasing. However, the after sales service was absolutely excellent. I got through to customer support straight away, the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and sent me out the necessary parts (the ceramic cartridges) free of charge, even though l had never registered the product. The parts were sent out the same day, delivered by DHL within 48 hours (excellent for rural Scotland). I can’t fault the service. I am not holding out much hope for the tap though. I suspect it will not very long before leaking again. When it does l will replace the whole tap with a different one. I have always bought more expensive taps in the past and l have never had a tap leak.
