I purchased this "high quality' tap through magnets and within a couple of weeks the tap was leaking. I was sent a part to fix it and I feel the whole tap should of been replaced. I was also expected to fit the part myself which was totally ridiculous, as Magnet tried to do it for me and they had to get plumber to sort it. I would never buy products from this company very poor experience. We took the tap out in the end and replaced it with a proper high quality tap Lusso . Adobe NOT designer

Rang Proboil regarding my 3 in 1 boiling tap as it was dripping as advised by Howdens as they no longer had the tap/spares which took 5 weeks to tell me it was discontinued by them! One call to Proboil customer services, spoke to a very helpful man called Kris who sorted the problem immediately. New valve on its way and to receive in 2 working days. Also sending the valve for the standard hot cold side too! Extremely helpful and also forwarded a pdf so I could ensure it was replaced correctly.

Recently made a warranty claim and the process was seamless from start to finish. Shelli at proboil was very professional and friendly. She explained clearly what information I needed to provide her with and maintained regular contact throughout the process. Very satisfied

I had a problem with the boiler which was resolved quickly and efficiently within a few days. The initial phone call was pleasant, I was asked to provide photos and details. A replacement was sent within a few days.

I had to ring the company after our boiling tap handle on the 3 way mixer tap was damaged by our over enthusiastic grandchild. The advisor asked me to provide photographs to identify the tap as it had been fitted 8 years ago. On receipt of my email and photographs I was informed that a replacement handle had been sent out to me. The handle was delivered by courier 2 later. Fantastic service.

Had an issue with the boiler after 18 months of use. Got in touch with customer service and they sent out a replacement boiler within a day. Excellent service. Had a couple of questions which were answered within 24 hours. Cannot fault the service that I got. Would highly recommend to family and friends due to the after care.

I contacted Customer Service by telephone -- a nice change from a mad bot -- and Ros was so helpful and efficient. My Ludlow Abode tap was still within the five year guarantee period so a replacement cartridge was sent out without quibble or delay. It made a very pleasant change from usual interactions. We had an issue with our proboil.2X which necessitated a replacement water boiler. Customer service was excellent and Proboil honoured the 2 year warranty from date of installation, even though the actual purchase had been some 2 months earlier.

Great customer service!! Had an issue with my boiler tap leaking and after a couple of questions via email, they are going to send a replacement. Issue resolved within a week.

We had an issue with the boiler on our Proboil .2x. After a conversation with the excellent Margery, she had taken our details and sent over the necessary email with instructions of what we had to do. We followed these and just a couple of hours later,had confirmation that a new boiler was being shipped out to us. I have to say, customer service like this is exceptional and all too rare in this day and age. This company and the individuals that i had the pleasure of communicating with are fantastic and I would definitely recommend using them for all of your needs. Just 2 days after the initial call, we are back to enjoying the product as normal, thank you.

Fantastic outcome from call to customer services, dealt with my issue, sent out spare part free, with no fuss. I had forgotten to register my appliance 23 months ago, but they just asked for photos and proof purchase and registered it ex post.

Amazing service. The customer service was brilliant. Within 24 hours my items had arrived and were at a really competitive price. I had looked at buying the same items from other companies displaying cheaper prices but I found it mich safer going directly to the retailer and knowing the item would be devlivered. Very helpful and knew about the product

My experience with Proboil has been exceptional. Always helpful and knowledgeable, My latest contact with Proboil was with Marjory who advised and arranged for a replacement boiler and tap valve to be sent to my address. This arrived the day after and is now installed and working perfectly. Thank you so much Marjory for your excellent advice and service. It’s so refreshing to have near instant response to my phone calls and not having to wait in queues only to find the person on the other end knows very little about the product.

I have repeatedly and consistently received outstanding support from Proboil/Pronteau over the nearly 8 years of owning one of their 3in1 taps and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The product is also excellent, but on the two occasions I've had issues, replacement parts have been provided promptly and free of charge.

We have been very happy with our Proboil 3 in 1 hot water tap with very few issues however, we had a leaking filter and swapped it to a spare one we had which resolved the problem.
I sent back the faulty filter and tried to message the company on 2 occasions to explain the issue however, each time the message appeared to fail and I didn't have much success with the Customer Service team.
It appears that one of my messages did get through and I was very pleased to receive a complimentary filter in the post today which was organised by Kris. I really appreciated this, thank you Kris!

I would like to thank Margery for helping me out with my issues with the the Proboil hot water boiler unit and my Pronteau tap. Margery has been very polite, courteous and very helpful through the whole process of ordering replacement parts and sending documents via email on how to replace and repair.
My prontaue tap and proboil hot water boiler are the best things that we have purchased for our kitchen. Customer service is amazing (MARGERY) and product is amazing. 5 year warranty with tap and 2 year warranty with boiler unit is brilliant. Thank you Abode designs. Every kitchen should be fitted with this product.
