We had a problem with our boiler a few days before Christmas and could not have asked for more from the service team at Proboil. A replacement was despatched and received within 24 hours and the whole time the quality of communication and calm, reassuring help we were given was truly exceptional. We really could not have asked for more!

I have had an Abode Pronteau Profile 4in1 Monobloc Mixer Tap and a Profile 4E boiler for 7 years. The product and support rom Abode has been first class. I am especially impressed with the support staff. Wonderful support.

Great tap. At a good price from screwfix. My only gripe is that you can’t turn it on without physically pushing a butter on the boiler. I’d hoped to fit a smart plug so at night I could minimise the electric use and reduce the use of the heater maintaining boiling water. However if I do this I can’t then turn it back on without physically pushing the button on the boiler. So my morning brew would be delayed.

The two ladies that I spoke to on the customer service team were simply brilliant. Everything was clear and concise verbally and via email and it really felt like they cared about resolving the enquiry rather than going through the motions of dealing with it.

Over and above this they were knowledgeable and created a high level of trust that they would do what they said.

Within just a few days everything has been resolved and a customer feels truly satisfied.

Compared to many customer service call teams they are exemplar.

The customer service is second to none. The staff, Shelli and Margery, were friendly, understanding and only focussed on getting my Proboil working again, giving advice on steps to try, sending parts and generally being very supportive. I cannot recommend Proboil highly enough, the tap is excellent quality, the boiler seems robust and with the backup of the customer support team what more could you ask for. 10 out of 10!

The customer service we received when the Proboil needed descaling was excellent. The phone support was really helpful and then sent the descaler along with excellent instructions and a video clip to help us carry out the procedure. We would highly recommend this hot tap.

Customer service I recieved was excellent, I emailed them for advice regarding a dripping tap that was way out of warranty, they replied very quickly and sent me a replacement valve free of charge.

I'm having trouble with the filters, I live in a soft water area and the filters do not last, having to replace when only 245 litres of water used, I contacted customer services regarding my Proboil 3 and was impressed by the customer service, Ellie offered me a free of charge filter and descaling kit I was over the moon as there's not many companies that provide this level of customer care - I still think there is a problem with my unit and really wish they had a service in place where an engineer could come out and service once a year to make sure everything was working as it should be, I would have no problem paying for a service to be carried out, my gas boiler is maintained with a yearly service, as is my gas fire so would be willing to pay for my Proboil 3 to be serviced as I live alone and not good at technical stuff. Thanks again Ellie - 10/10 for prompt response to my emails, you're a wee star.

Very helpful customer service team who were able to identify the tap and the spares required. Emails responded to in a timely fashion, correct parts identified, order processed & delivered promptly. Happy plumber and a happy client, thank you very much folks

We have had a Pronteau boiling tap for six years now. In all my dealings with the company they have been brilliant and always helpful. Even during lockdown - back in the dark days. Their responses to email enquiries are the fastest of any company I have ever emailed. Keep up the good work.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. A replacement part was quickly sent free of charge even though our Upton Monobloc tap was out of guarantee, a really good service all round, would definitely recommend.
