This canopy I bought is HEAVY DUTY!!
It is so heavy I cracked a rib trying to put it up. The con about this canopy is, were no instructions on how to extend the canopy frame. I don’t know if it needs to be loosened up by extending the frame numerous times to make it easy enough for just one person to do it alone. As of right now it is in my yard in the travel bag not being used.

I have been using ABC canopy for a while now 8x8. And I was wondering about the Velcro around the bottom edge of the canopy, what is it for?? Thinking if its for your walls.. but after purchasing them I found out no

Finding the right size canopy cover and color was truly easy, easy installing the canopy . The time from when I purchased the product to when I received it was truly fast I got it within just a few days, my canopy isn’t one I take down daily or weekly it stays up all year long and the covers last years not just months or weeks .

Attempted creating a custom canopy and the effort fell flat - the "design team" doesn't actually design anything...I spent hours looking for my own artwork that was never the correct format or quality.
I ended up selecting a plain selection right off the shelf after weeks of struggle.

Shipping information was received and indicated that both items had shipped on the same service and tracking number. When one piece was received, yet both said delivered, I inquired via email and website chat to learn that both items had not shipped. The second item was shipping separately on a different carrier. Their system only allows for one tracking number per order to be entered, which provides false information to the customer. While I received a response from the company that my second piece was being prepared for shipment, that information was incorrect. The piece had shipped the previous day. How is it that the company can know the shipments are made separately, but not know when the shipment is made? There also is no phone number at which to contact the company; all communication must be completed through email or website chat, which isn't live and is completed through email as well.

I am really happy that I bought this canopy tent. Not like other tent. It’s sturdy and worth it. Just want to add one thing that they can improve is that the tent didn’t have the tools for the leg to stick it in the ground. They provided sand bag though. Still it would be great to have some pin type thing for the leg. But tent is really good. Thank you Abccanopy.

The canopy was just what we needed/ordered. It shipped in about a week which is a great response time.

Total scam company. We bought a canopy from them and after 3 uses, an arm broke and the canvas stitching is coming apart. We contacted customer service and they said we could purchase another one otherwise we should find someone to fix it. Unbelievable.

Purchased a 3m x 3m gazebo from Amazon and had a minor problem with the zipper on the door panel. ABCCanopy responded immediately to offer a replacement. Incredible thing is they didn't even want the faulty one returned. The best customer experience I have ever had and as for the gazebo it's just as good. Plenty of 5 star ratings on Amazon.

Very strong and easy to put up and take down. The frame is much stronger than I had anticipated and far better than anything I had seen in my local garden centers.

I’ve had the tent up for three months and it has stood up to some fairly strong winds and heavy rain with no sign of wear, and is 100% waterproof.
