Used the tent 3 times and the walls twice. Bottom Velcro on the walls is either ripped or ripping due to subpar stitching. Contacted customer support and was told I’m out of warranty. Yeah, by a few weeks. Surely a canopy that is supposed to be so great should have the walls last longer than 3 uses?

We have used ABC Canopy for multiple orders and tent purchases for our company. They look super professional at our markets and events. Customizing with sales is quick and easy and they communicate very well. Will be a continued customer.

You must have 2 people to put up. It is not an Easy up. The corner drapes do not go to ground like shown in pics.

Have ordered from company before. Very pleased with sturdiness of tent(s) and material used for canopy. Easy to order and fast delivery. Sides are a little thin and zippers need to be treated with care (plastic)- but do the job just fine.

I have purchased three canopies. The first was used daily for years but got destroyed in a storm. The second one wasn't used for several months after purchase so despite being unused the canopy top was out of warranty, so I was told by customer service. The top was so poorly made it collected water every time it rained. The seams were not straight and the top didn't fit tightly on the frame. The center tension adjustment did nothing. Reaching out to the company I was offered to purchase a new unit for $150 which I declined, then it was $75 which I declined, then it was $55 which they said was a good deal. I declined and said I would share my experience. They then asked if I " wrote bad things?". Honest feedback is apparently bad things to them, but poor quality and service is not a big deal.

The third canopy was purchased while dealing with customer service about the previous purchase. The fabric top was better quality than the previous top, but the center support hub was missing bolts that hold the frame together.
Customer service emails are in broken English so it's difficult to communicate effectively. Support isn't helpful, quality control is not effective. I'm done giving money to this company for inferior products and poor after sales support, I'd recommend others do the same.

We haven't used it yet but plan to in July & August of 2025. It was packed well, no damage in shipping. The wheels were easy to assemble on it. The only drawback was we found that Home Depot got them back in stock and it was cheaper there than buying direct.

The steal hexagon leg frame was ordered.

High quality tent that is very easy to set up and take down. Customer service is excellent too!

We purchased a gazebo from them. Spent nearly $1,000 and the roof panels had holes punched in them after a pea sized hail storm. When we contacted them they told us that there wasn't anything they could do. To replace the panels would not be cost effective. We told them we hoped they improved this product before they took other people's hard earned money for their products.

I ordered a 10x20 s 2 canopy i accidentally ordered the cover in black and I wanted blue will no luck from customer service you bought it's yours but if you want a blue cover you can purchase one this was no cheap purchase I'm extremely disappointed in customer service I went thru multiple people I will never purchase a abc canopy in the future and will not suggest anyone I know the do the same

Ordered a tent canopy and side wall replacement combination. Took me awhile to get around to setting up my tent due to weather but I am pleased. What I don't appreciate is the repeated solicitation for a review.

Looks like you canibalized parts from an old canopy and screwed it together. Every leg was scratched from top to bottom.

Better quality than the original canopy. The price was good and shipping was fast. Great selection of colors!

While their products are functional and appear well-built, good luck trying to purchase a replacement canopy top! Their Customer Service will give you every excuse in the world, tell you it comes from overseas and do what they can to force you to repurchase the product AGAIN, even if the support structure is still up. Take a $400 gazebo, the replacement canvas/fabric top should cost about $100, they will force you to buy the whole gazebo for $400. I would and will in the future use another vendor.
