We’ve been using ABC Canopy products for years and they never disappoint! Recently, we had a small issue where the wrong color tent was sent, but their customer service was fantastic — they responded quickly, provided a return label right away, and sent out the correct color with no hassle. The canopy itself is top quality and has held up beautifully through countless art shows. We’ll definitely continue to use ABC Canopy for all our events!

Easy to order and fast delivery. When it arrived and we unpackaged it, the smell was really bad and overwhelming at first, but it dissipated over time.

Fast Shipping, and high quality canopy (10' x 10' S1 Commercial). Well designed. My family has one for camping, and it has held up to some pretty significant rain/storms. Out Cub Scout Pack and Boy Scout Troop also have a couple of them, and they are perfect for outings.

The replacement canopy was perfect! The sizing was exactly as described. Shipping was super fast also. The only thing that was a little off is the color. We wanted beige and the canopy we received was more yellowish. It still looks great though!

Once we actually placed our order, it was received in a timely manner. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because it took several emails to get a straight answer to our question. The communication was relatively prompt, just the responses were a bit unclear.

Love ABC canopy. Excellent customer service is difficult to find these days. ABC canopy has always been quick to address any concerns or issues I’ve had with orders. I have purchased at least three tents from them over the years. Their products continue to be great quality and have lasted for many Tailgate seasons.

Make sure you contact the seller as to what you actually need. Universal does not mean "UNIVERSAL". Their descriptions need to be a little more defined as to what you are getting. Terrible customer service.

Wrong color sent. They replaced it with the correct color. BUT….then I get a bill for $16 from UPS for shipping.

We ordered two of the church style 10x10 tents (the one with the 3 window walls and one door wall). I tried to order two of the solid side walls so I'd have more ways to configure it, but was advised that since they had to come from china they'd be more expensive individually and would be more cost effective to order in a set of four since they're in the US warehouse as a set. No big deal, but a little annoying that the website allowed me to build out a cart and check out, just to get an email that it would be more than the checkout price. I cancelled the extra sidewalls and will just buy a set when I need them.

The canopy is beautiful!! So professional looking!! We absolutely love it!! The sides zip up so nice and keep our products safe and dry!! Thank you for a great product!!

This is my story. I purchased a 10x20 tent for our 2023 season.
All went fine the first year.
When putting it up this year the canopy just fell apart, it was sun bleached.
So I bought a replacement and it did not fit. after 6 or 7 e mails they just refunded me for the replacement. I am still stuck with a 500. dollar tent that is useless.They did tell me i could keep the canopy for what, I do not know it does not fit.500.00 dollars for one season. They just left me high and dry,that's my story

So I ordered a canopy and some curtain walls. It came to my house package really good opened it up. It's a very nice canopy. I'm so glad I got it. I used it at a racetrack for a weekend we got rained on. Nothing got wet. It worked out perfect it's a very good well-made canopy
