Not at all happy with my custom made linen S-wave curtains from 3H linen.

They have used a strange header tape which relies on gathering a string at the back to achieve the folds as opposed to a specific S-wave header tape and track system with swivel tabs. The result is ugly, misshapen, uneven folds which is infinitely inferior to every other S-wave curtain I have purchased from other makers.
My expensive curtains arrived balled up in a tight wad, meaning I needed to spend many many hours ironing to achieve a “not quite rags” appearance.
Curtains have seams which is totally unexpected. I have never had seams in any previous custom curtains. In much bigger windows.
Lengths are wrong even though I discussed this at length with the sales rep.
Customer service is appallingly slow, clearly offshore even though the company presents as Australian.

I will never use this company again and warn potential users to beware.

You can tell these were made with care. The seams are clean, the fabric feels high-quality, and the drape is elegant without being too heavy.

My custom linen curtains arrived exactly as I had hoped, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. Excellent customer service when I mixed up my order slightly. Very helpful to ensure I had ordered what I was looking for. Absolutely thrilled once I receive my beautiful linen shower curtain. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

Queen sized pillow cases in linen are not easy to get. I found them here. The linen is very good quality and they look lovely. Very importantly they have a proper closure at the back of the pillow. This makes it slightly harder to put on BUT the pillow doesn't ooze out of the end at night.

Excellent customer service 3HLinen. My gorgeous clay linen curtains are exactly as described on the website. The only issue was that the rod pockets were small (my bad) and I had trouble sliding my rod through the pockets. The clay colour complements my rustic beachy look and I am very happy all up.

I ordered my curtains on 16.09 and they were delivered on 13.10 after multiple emails with their customer service team. I believe their claim of 3-5 days shipping on the website to be misleading, however, I have been appropriately compensated me for the disruption.
I am very happy with the product quality.

As one approaches the end of an arduous renovation, it’s tempting to rush the final choices of colour, and weight in textiles. Thankfully the professionalism and quality of 3H Linen allows for a truly considered and timeless choice. It’s reassuring to know that this is quality linen: able to refine and elevate our design.

Quality of curtains is fantastic- very worth it! They are stunning!
Customer support/service team are fairly prompt and helpful.
However, if ordering s-fold curtains do not go with the recommended 1.5 x the required width. Use 2 x width measurements or curtains will not be full or to short for space.
And they do drop the ball a bit with sending orders out- you will get them but may need to follow up a couple of times.

Exception service and communications. The web site is easy to explore and the ordering process was straightforward. The curtains arrived on time and they are exactly what I need - beautiful fabric, well made and exactly the colour I wanted. I've definitely bookmarked this company for future purchases.

What a great concept they have! For the price of a stamp I received a sample of their range of colours. Perfect in size to feel the weight and weave of these beautiful linens, and perfect to gauge whether they would be suitable for what I make.

I am not the easiest customer and I’m very discerning when it comes to presentation and design and this linen bedspread has exceeded all my expectations. The fabric is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the unusual, unique design. The exaggerated ruffle is contemporary and striking, and the pillowcases are the most stunning I have ever owned.

I was kept informed every step of the way and the communication was excellent, ultra professional and so accommodating. I really appreciated being able to customise exactly what I wanted, which made the final product even more special. The team was helpful and respectful throughout the entire process.

Simple, stylish, and practical — I didn’t expect linen curtains to look this luxurious. Everything is great: the fabric is high quality, the sewing is neat, and they fit our bedroom perfectly.

Curtains with eyelets are convenient to use, and look very neat. Highly recommended.

Our sleeping space feels even cosier now thanks to a heavy linen bed valance — it gives the bed a finished look.

For a while I've been looking for somewhere that I create custom-made sofa cushion covers and I stumbled across 3H . Samples were sent out for me to choose the right colour. I gave them the measurement's and my new cases arrived perfectly made . Communication throughout the whole process was perfect, and I would recommend them 100% for anything linen and custom-made!

I shopped around a lot of potential suppliers to try and find the best solution for Roman blinds in a mountain cottage bay window.
The 3H team were helpful in selecting the best fabric (including sending out a range of samples) and how to optimally customise the measurements.
I have now installed the blinds, which was relatively easy to do. The fabric and finishing are excellent and the products were significantly lower cost than competitors.
The only downside was delivery took a little longer than expected.
