Great quality. Slightly darker than expected, but I love the texture and the customization options. Customer service was also very responsive.

Customer service is not what it used to be, which is a real shame. I purchased custom curtains with thermal / soundproof lining from them in Dec 2023 and had a great experience - excellent customer service, prompt replies, curtains were great. Was also told I was enrolled in their "premium service" that included a personal manager. I recently contacted them again as I wanted to buy another set, and my experience this time around has been terrible. They have changed the thermal / soundproof lining since my last purchase but can't provide any performance data or technical specs for the new lining. The old lining did have technical specs for both its thermal and acoustic performance, and the price point hasn't changed, so I'm not keen on paying the same price for unknown (and potentially worse) quality and performance. Customer service has been pretty terrible - I'm quite confident they were using AI to respond to all of my emails, they were side-stepping questions and weren't very forthcoming with information, and when I tried to speak to someone else, I was told the "premium service" I was previously enrolled in is "not included". Since I was getting nowhere via email, I gave them a call, and they said they'd call me back with some answers... then they never did. I ended up deciding to not make another purchase because the customer service element is clearly no longer there, and I can't stomach spending all that money on another curtain when I no longer have confidence in the company or whether the item will be fit for purpose.

The fabric samples arrived quickly and gave me confidence to place my order. Being able to compare different linen types and liners was especially useful.

Delivery was on time, and the packaging was careful and secure. Everything arrived in excellent condition.

The quality really stands out compared to standard store-bought options. The fabric feels richer, the stitching more precise, and the overall finish more refined. These curtains look thoughtfully made rather than mass-produced.

I ordered a shower curtain back at the end of November 2025. I did not receive any correspondence from the company until I chased them in early January and they said my order “fell through the system”, and an assurance I would received my paid for product asap. It’s now 17th February 2026 and no further correspondence from them and I have still not received the product I paid for. I don’t believe this is a legitimate business as no one answers the phone when you call them. I would never recommend this business and would avid at all costs

From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and timely, and the final product looks great in my space.

I was looking for some blackout curtains to stop the sun from shining through the windows onto my computer screen each and every day. I had to request a custom made set of curtains.

After providing the measurements, and discussing the style, material, and pleat with the sales representatives, I settled on 2 offwhite blackout triple pinch pleat panels at a very reasonable price.

It only took a couple of weeks to arrive and when they did, I'll admit I was a little bit worried as the curtains where a bit crinkled, but after a good iron and using a steamer once they where up, there were no more wrinkles.

These curtains where very easy to put up and where a good weight to where my track could handle them. The craftsmanship is superb and the build quality is phenomenal, I'm very happy with how they look and it's very nice having a dark room without the sun glaring against my computer screen.

The quality becomes immediately noticeable once the curtains are hung. They fall naturally, feel substantial, and bring a sense of warmth and comfort that makes the room feel more inviting.

I was impressed by how thoughtfully finished this piece is. The seams are clean, the drape is elegant, and the fabric feels durable yet soft, making it both practical and visually pleasing.

Queen sized pillow cases are a little hard to get (especially in linen). I got them here. They are much nicer linen than my previous ones (a well known brand). Big bonus: the envelope closure at the back. Slightly harder to put on BUT the pillow does not pop out of the opening the minute you use it. I'm very pleased with these, and have just ordered the flat sheet.

I am so happy with this curtain The quality is excellent and I loved that I could customise the size/colour to suit my home perfectly. I received updates along the way from start to finish which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and will definitely place another order for my walk in robe. Thanks :)

The linen feels premium, but never flashy. It is understated elegance at its best.
