I struggled to find wheel trims for ages,1st choice spares found them quickly, can't praise them enough!

I ordered & paid for a suzuki jimny drivers side seat belt. I rang to make sure that the order had been received and I was advised that it had. I did not receive a tracking number for my purchase so I phoned again & I was assured that the item just needed to be packed & then it would be sent. Another day went by with no tracking number so I phoned again & was assured it was being sent & I would receive it on the Tuesday or Wednesday after the bank holiday. Tuesday came & still no tracking number so I phoned the 1st choice help desk & the lady I spoke to was very helpful & she raised a complaint against the garage for me. Wednesday came & went Thursday came & went & I still did not have the item that i had paid for. On the Friday I sent a polite message direct to the garage asking for a full refund. A person from the garage phoned me & to be fare he provided a full refund. I am very disappointed that i had to go through all of this hassel & it has not given me any confidence to use 1st choice again.

They were helpful on the phone and very quick to respond and dispatch. Next day delivery was included in the price. Although the glass number was different it fitted perfectly. Got my friend out of a headache and able to drive home with an intact car.

Ordered a seat buckle .It didn’t fit, mechanic asked to return. I emailed them , the company asked to speak to reseller. He (derby autoSalvage Ltd )said no refund given as policy just a what’s app message to use credit ,which I will never do . Got scammed.

Tried to order online but was in a hurry .
VW wing mirror . Next morning received a call asking if I still wanted it and arrived the next day.Got the job done thanks for that .

After sales service is terrible. Bought a part which was faulty and not fit for purpose when delivered. Trying to return but no clear instructions, no confirmation of who pays for the return, no confirmation of refund. Really unprofessional company to deal with.

Needed boot flooring for my qashqai 2015 and managed to get this through 1st choice at a good price

Fantastic team. I had enquires which they answered. After I paid it reached me in less than 24hrs.

Would have been a 5 if they delivered to rhe correct address. Rather than the Paypal ome! Filled in all details inc email and mobile but still had a gearbox delivered to residential address! 2 hours from the garage it was filled into go to......They don not get the info you fill in. ENSURE YOU PUT IT PAYPAL NOTES. Should refund the delivery as it wasnt where it was meantto go!!!

I was looking for an alternator for my Insignia and placed a request for it. I received quotes within minutes, and the prices were outstanding. Before the end of the day, my order was paid for and shipped. Best service so far

I recently made a purchase through their website and was scammed. In my experience, they do not properly verify their sellers or protect customers.

I received an email from 1st Choice saying they had found a supplier called SCOTT YARD LTD (Member since 2022) for the car part I needed. In that email, they provided a link to complete the purchase, which I followed. I paid £168 for the part and then received a PayPal confirmation from the supplier showing that the payment had gone through.

After that, I expected to receive a follow-up email with shipping or tracking details. I waited a week and received nothing. I emailed the supplier twice and tried calling them multiple times, but every call went straight to voicemail. It became clear that this was a scam, and no part was ever delivered.

I contacted 1st Choice to report the issue, but they simply dismissed me and washed their hands of the situation. Their “protection” claims on the website are, in my opinion, absurd. There was no protection at all. They told me to contact my bank and try to deal with it myself.

This service was completely useless when something went wrong. Be aware: they do not properly verify suppliers, and you may not be protected if you are scammed.

Used this service 3 times in the last month....without success

Some even wanted more than an original brand new part. I paid for the part through 1st choice twice, only to chase the delivery and to keep finding out the part was damaged and wouldn't be delivered ...no notifications from supplier in either case

I've just paid £210 for an original and new replacement.....much better than the £278 second hand one!

I liked that 1sr Choice were able to offer 3 different suppliers for a diesel fuel tank for Peugeot 206 which are quite rare. The part was delivered a few days later than expected which was probably down to the actual supplier, or the carrier. It came with. 3 month warranty which was better than the other two similarly priced fuel tanks. Overall happy with the service and glad to get the car back on the road.

Really good service i received, so easy to use, in no time at all the part was ordered, following day paid for, then delivered, 10/10 .

Requested a quote for headlights. Came up with 2 quotes prices reasonable so placed order. Supplier once decision made out of two pairs communication seemed stop until I chased then hot answers but took a week to arrive.

Please don’t buy from this company
They block you after selling faulty products to you. Once they’ve made the sale, they seem to have no interest in resolving issues or supporting their customers.
