Part arrived on time and it was exactly the part we needed

It basically looks like a scam. I had to confirm my email to do the search. It looked like several stores/shops whatever had my part. Confirmed email, then no part. Oh,they needed the phone too. Then I unsubscribed from emails but I didn't see an option to erase "my account". When I pressed "unsubscribe", it took me to a page that did not mention anything about unsubscribing, but asked me how I considered easier or safer to pay and I was supposed to press one of the links they gave me. I mean I entered their site for a single search looking for a bl00dy bumper and I ended up subscribing, getin emails, being asked for my phone number, being ask how do I wanted to pay... The only thing I did not get is my part or at least a decent simple search. Apparently these days you have to tell them to what age you wet your bed and when your last baby tooth fell, before doing a simple search.

I got a match within 2 days and item was delivered the next day. I will recommend their service

1st choice as a platform is almost like an absent middle man, no phone number and no communication with the end customer. A supplier sent me the wrong part, even after I shared my registration number, and they still told me it was the right part before I got a mobile mechanic to fit it on. The part was wrong. I raised an issue with 1st choice but they just relay messages back and forth to the supplier, they don’t share their opinion, view or enforce the buyer protections. I returned the part at my expense, they refunded me what I paid but I didn’t get the postage back.

Id avoid their platform and with no great benefit of going through with them, I’d rather use their platform to find parts and pay via PayPal.

Dealers advertising Guarantees when they do not offer it is a turn off for me. Advertise services as you would offer them.

Two transactions. Both said, thry had the part, both said they posted it, after a lot of following up by me both said the courier had lost it, nither provided a tracking number,

What a waste of my time.

Easy to use, found the part required, new wheel rim, received a call from supplier to check the size, dispatched the next day by courier. Only surprise was that l received the rim with a tyre on it which was not expecting.

Was very impressed with the service.

I found it easy to use, and offered me the ability to do a fresh search when I found an offer was too expensive.

I also tried to purchase an item which the supplier said he had posted by accident and there was a refund quickly deposited to my account along with a prompt phone call to apologise

They found the suppliers for my part very quickly. As for the suppliers themselves they sent me an excellent part and that was delivered in 2 days after I ordered it. I had it fitted a few days later and it's working perfectly.

I ordered a Mazda rear door glass and this was identified quickly, price was fair and shipping cost reasonable. The part arrived in three days as advertised in their cite. Highly recommended!
