Really efficient on getting my window replaced the window fitter was Very polite and courteous no mess left all cleaned up I'm really happy with everything I will definitely use them again and I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Very thorough and helpful customer service - very quick and reliable for no pressure visit/quote. The person who did the work was very courteous and did an excellent, clean job. We had a window replaced and 9 window hinges replaced - all in 2 hours. Another company tried to tell us we needed our entire double glazing replacing!

Had 6 window units that had popped / misted. Great communication through the process.

Good job done eventually,ten DG units replaced ,nine done on one day but one was missing so had to return next day!
Generally very pleased but a text or call from them would have been appreciated.

Chap came and replaced some hinges on my windows so I can clean my windows easier , all areas left clean and tidy even took his shoes off to go upstairs , also helped solve a sticking sliding patio door thanks again

Very polite and very helpful. I called them for UPVC window adjustments and main door adjustments to avoid draughts. They found out that the hinges cannot be adjusted anymore and they ordered a replacement. Turnaround time was quick and I didn't have to call them back for a follow up. Also, the repair person used his expertise to adjust the 40 years old main door as there was no specific provision for the adjustment which new composite doors usually have. Now I don't have anymore draughts.

Excellent service from 1st Call. Super easy process from start to finish. Had someone out to quote and take measurements within 2 days and the work was completed the following week (in torrential rain as well!) They went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn’t get any more draughts or leaks through the conservatory windows! 100% recommend :) :)

Contactd them after seeing they Facebook. Came the same day to measure up one window glass to change and 2 hinges on bathroom window

Seen the add on Facebook filled in the form,sales rep called went round the house,then a manager called to check and measure up,couple of days later the fitter came and fitted all the bits freeing stuck windows without any damage and cleaning up as he went along well pleased

I requested a quote to fix some windows that don't close properly, someone came over the next day but didn't even bring his own tape measure. He struggled to open half the windows when testing the hinges (there's no issue with the handles, he just seemed new to the concept of them), which set off some alarm bells in my head. After some obvious sales theatrics including a loudspeaker phone call to his boss, a quote was given. The quote instantly turned into a £200 deposit and a document I was being pressured to sign before I'd even agreed to anything. Once I said I wanted to get at least one other quote things turned sour. I was told "no one else" in West Yorkshire could repair windows and the attitude turned very unprofessional.

I've decided to go with another company. To no one's surprise there are many UPVC window repairers in the local vicinity!

I'm quite surprised at my experience given the generally good reviews here. I've never had anyone take offense to me wanting at least one other quote before.

From the measuring to installing, the service was really good. Everyone was polite and professional. The price was reasonable and I was able to pay a deposit until I was ready to place an order. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you.

Honest polite at all times start to finish knew what needed to be done left all areas clean and tidy when job was finished did job to great standard expected by myself .

From the initial enquiry, quote, survey and instalation everything has been efficient and professionally done.

The fitter arrived on time he was friendly and polite carried out resealing both front and back doors tidied up and left the house clean very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend them

I've had a dispute going on for a couple of months now as they haven't completed the job I've paid them to do. I have paid for a door repair which they were to replace the gear box, barrel and mechanism, of which they haven't replaced a single part. I've sent photo's asking for them to at least look at it and despite leaving voicemails, texts and email, they seem happy to just ignore me. I certainly should have stayed by the side of the repairman when he carried out the job instead of leaving him to it as the door looks and functions exactly the same as before, which begs the question, what have I actually paid for? The outcome of this is simple, either you give me my money back or actually finish the job. If I don't hear anything soon I will be going to small claims court to get my money back as this is absolutely unacceptable to be treat like I don't exist when I have a genuine issue.

I have had several repairs done by 1stcall repairs and was very impressed with their workmanship and cleanliness . I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a job doing right !
