1st call did an excellent job with the work I required,if I require anything else I wouldn't hesitate & i would certainly recommend them.

Anyone wanting windows fixing i would defently reccomend this company ..i was told i couldent get parts and would need a new window and was quoted between 6 and 8 hundred pound for small bathroom .this company came and sorted it out for me and the price they charged i was inpressed .the lad that done the work was very polite and friendly .all work was to a high standered so would defently recomend

Service from start to end was fantastic from Alicoming out to visit to the measuring team and Aqib the installing very kindand friendly work completed to a high standard. Just to top it up a curtasy call to check all has been completed at my satisfaction by the head team. I would defo recommend 1st glass .

1stcall , did a great replacement of my conservatory glass door . Clean and tidy . I would definitely recommend them to anyone. And would hesitate to use them again .

Very good experience from start to finish friendly team very well spoken helped through out the process very quick services from quotation to taking measurements and even with installation… Got windows done in past now comp doors too… our installer KASH was brilliant very nice very friendly and did the job better than anyone very neat and tidy recommend 1st call doors and windows to everyone.

The installation guy was top notch, took the blinds down, fitted the new units refitted the blinds, cleaned up and was gone is less than 45 minutes.

Absolutely disgraceful company.. Avoid like the plague.. This is a Scam.. Got a quote for £2,100 for some windows and was happy to proceed on the basis and agreement of a 25% deposit with the remainder on completion even though they were trying to strong arm me into a 50% deposit arrangement.. However, after several visits from the surveyor, someone, who could hardly speak English, got in touch and started demanding full payment in cash so that they did not have to declare the work on their books and in return avoid paying Tax or a payment of 50% with the rest on completion.. Initially I refused but after seversl calls over a period of 7 days, they then offered to do the works for £1,900 so I agreed.. However, after agreeing I then received another call stating the job had been undervalued and the new price was £3,9750 to proceed and wanted the payment in full.. At which stage I hung up the phone and informed my Bank, Trading Standards and the Police.. As they have renegated on the agreement I will now see if I get any monies back

Excellent service from initial contact to installation at a very competitive price.
The 2 fitters Mick and Nigel were brilliant and when finished all rubbish was removed and I had the do's and don'ts explained.

We used 1st call repairs before and whilst they were here, mentioned about a large kitchen window that needed replacing, there was just £100 difference in the cost, so we opted from new. 1st class service from the salesman,surveyor,payments and installers.
Aaron rang this morning to do a customer check, that we were happy with the work and we are.

The gentleman that came to sort out our windows was very pleasant, polite and courteous. His name is Aqib. I have an autistic young child whom he spoke to and didn't show any annoyance to.

Really appreciate the whole experience. Did everything on time and left the area clean.
