Excellent customer service and very good value for money and fitting service. I had a small problem with a door bar below a pocket door. They took real effort to communicate with me and resolve the difficulty. I'd definitely use 123floor again and recommend them.

123 Floor have the best selection of flooring and their help, advice and patience to help choose the right carpet was really appreciated . I used 456fix to stop the creaks in my old staircase and with the new carpet now fitted my little staircase looks amazing . I have to say the fitting of the carpet is exceptional. So happy with result . I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from helping us to select the right carpeting and wood floor for us through to the carpet fitting and the installation of our beautiful floor. We hit major problems when the first team arrived to lay the wood flooring which meant that the work was postponed while remedial works were done. This was handled with efficiency and thoughtfulness for us, we were kept up to date with progress and all of the teams from 123floor dealt with the remedial works and then through to the final installation with professionalism and care. In addition to the carpet fitting and wood floor installation, we needed carpentry work which was also carried out to a very high standard. All of the chaps that worked in our home were nothing short of excellent and we would highly recommend 123floor (and 456fix) to anyone. Brilliant!

Excellent advice, range of products and service. Fitters did a great job, are professional and friendly. Mel in the office was great at handling my many queries. 123Floor have laid Amtico in 2 rooms of mine recently, and also one in 2018.

I just want to say thank you so much to you, Rob & Charlie for your help. You guys have been absolutely brilliant from day 1 with your advice, help and support. Even with the issues of changing the dates you guys were great.

The floor looks really nice and we’re more than happy to recommend you to other people.

Thanks

Sanjeev

From the moment we walked into the store, the advice we received was most welcome. The fitters were professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. A very satisfied customer.

A great service from start to finish, especially from our fitters Paul and Paul. They addressed complications around an uneven floor in a very professional manner

A highly professional service from start to finish. Helpful staff when I visited the sales room and excellent communication since I placed my order right through to the flooring being installed last week.

A really excellent company and a refreshing approach to customer communication.

An excellent service,123 Floor have carpeted three rooms so far and we are delighted with everything from first contact to product and fitting.

Lovely carpet. Fitters were on time, polite and did a neat job.

The work that has been done so far is exceptional and the guy fitting curly did an amazing job. Just waiting on the skirting boards to be done so hopefully we have a great experience here

Excellent service - prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I have used 123 & its’ sister company 456fix three times now, and have found their services to be reliable and good. Very professional set up.

123floor have been a pleasure to deal with from the moment we walked in to their showroom. Friendly, knowledgeable, well organised and problem solvers. This is the first time I’ve done any renovations and they’ve helped me remain calm throughout the process and no question I’ve asked (and there have been many!) has been a problem for them. A truly lovely and trustworthy team and I’d use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you 123floor!

Just to say thanks to Marc and Bethany for the help and great service they provided. No pushy sales talk, just good advice clearly explained, reasonable pricing and great efficiency. And thanks to the fitters who did a splendid job. Definetely a recommend from me.

Great service from going to the shop to the fitter putting down my flooring. Really helpful and really did a great job. Thanks very much.

We are really pleased with the service. The carpet looks great (thanks for the advice in choosing it) and the fitters were the model of politeness and efficiency.

We went to 123floor to have our stairs carpeted after receiving a ridiculously inflated quote from a major national chain. Charlie was incredibly knowledgeable and spent lots of time helping us choose something that could withstand our dog. They sent someone to measure and handle the fitting. Price was very fair and we are thrilled with the results.

Very happy with the Amtico flooring laid in my hallway and utility. Paul and Paul (father and son) did a fantastic job of fitting and the company are a pleasure to deal with. Would 100% recommend.

I was very happy with the care taken to get the fitting of my carpet and laminate tiles correct. My house (and skirting!) was respected and dates and times were met.

Great choice of carpet to suit all budgets. Timely delivery and fitted with care and attention
