The tyre replacement appointment I had…

The tyre replacement appointment I had booked in for went exceptionally well, with very competitive pricing. The staff were very courteous. However, they also carried out further inspection on my vehicle and informed me that my rear brake discs were scored and needed immediate replacement !! Luckily,I am a retired automotive engineer of 50+ years and know my car inside out and I disputed this. I am worried that someone without my knowledge would fall for this scam and agree to accepting this diagnosis, costing them unnecessary expense.

Very disappointed with my first…

Very disappointed with my first Volkswagen.Would not choose again. During three years years and 45000mls had to replace two rear suspension springs (broken) two front shock absorbers (leaking) dual mass flywheel and clutch (worn out) total cost of over £2400 and now been informed rear differential unit is leaking oil.

I would have given -10 stars if i had the option, I thought that I had seen the very worst of solicitors when I sold my last property, but absolutely unbelievably premier property take the whole biscuit literally. Their communication skills are atrocious and assistance and guidance is zero. Stay away from this circus of clowns.

Was charged extortionate amount to change spelling mistake on booking only to find out that this had already been rectified free of charge.No refund offered.

It's always recommended to check all your information before you commit to your booking as we do provide clear advice regarding amendment fees at the time of booking. We have a set amendment fee but our suppliers also charge these depending on the requirements of the change and these costs are outside of our control so it is important to enter your information accurately at the earliest opportunity to avoid this. We do however understand mistakes happen which is why we made every attempt to change these details as the lowest cost possible.
