Excessive waiting time on part 5 months so far!!

It's been 4-5 months, since Kia's partner Hendy ordered a part. Still no sign of it and Hendy currently have my car! I was given a courtesy car back in January and recently been told this car is now being sold. I will be issued another car so I'm mobile still. While I appreciate being mobile, you have had an excessive amount of time to get this part. It's currently under warranty and set to expire shortly. You have no date on when this part will even show up. I was also advised that the courtesy car should of been issued when they knew the part was on backorder (confirmed and recorded over the phone) Hendy advised me my car was ok to drive around with an engine management light on, which is silly because further damage to the engine can be done. As the ad blue isn't mixing with the fuel. Then to be told they need the car onsite while a courtesy car is issued. So I dropped my car back down to Hendy. I'm currently paying for car insurance for a car that I'm not using and was told nothing can be done. Your the main reason why I can't drive my car! As it's a defective part/poor workmanship. I asked if you would consider a swap and was told no and I got a quote for another car but the money wasn't good enough. I would like someone higher up to reach out at Kia and address the issue? I would like someone to consider a swap at this point, then you can take as long as you like waiting for this part. I'm at a loss in insurance money, plus the ongoing rental fees your paying you might as well offer me a used new car.

Refund wanted!!

Paid for a wash and then found out the car wash was broken, reached out for a refund and still not had a response. Asked the member of staff for a refund and he looked at my Clueless.

Unsafe Cars/Avoid them

Purchased a Kia ceed 2019 GTl on the 20th August 2025 from them. Less than a month in it's been problems after problems. Brakes, discs and calipers need replacing. Engine management light has come on, when driving back home today. Spoke to one of the sales team that told us we was booked in for today to get the brakes all sorted. Turn up to find out that's not the case. After speaking to two of the services team staff about it all we got nowhere with them, asked to leave the car and they will have a look over the next few days. At this point I don't believe anything/trust them. I have already seen KIA about the car and the specialist has checked the car over. We had a paper copy of the report as evidence. After arguing with them over an hour or more I managed to get the money for new brake pads and discs. Still not happy with the service they have provided me. They look professional and act like it, but when you have an issue they will quickly dismiss you and try to fob you off. Trading standards clearly states they should be making the repairs at no cost to me. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS from them, they do dodgy MOT's. The headlight and brakes binding should of been an MOT Failure. I have put my children in the car and they could of been seriously injured. Even admitted they don't check the cars when they are selling or have any basic knowledge about cars. DO BETTER!

Placed an order that didn't arrive

Placed an order that didn't arrive, made over 18 attempts to sort it. Fobbed off every time! Was advised to do a partial refund. Because I couldn't do a new dispute or refund request. Was only given £16 back. The pay by installments didn't cancel. Gave up with the customer service as they are useless! Don't buy anything off from AliExpress. Avoid at all costs! Card has been cancelled and the bank are now dealing with this. After multiple attempts and all the evidence provided. They need to refund the full amount and close off the agreement.

You keep saying that! Nothing changes!

After trying to claim with the logistics company. I was informed it would only cover £20! Both me and the seller have been unsuccessful. AliExpress keeps messing me around! A full refund should happen now! After being advised to take the partial by one the agents. Because I could raise a refund or dispute. Things need to be put right and an apology for all the hassle.

Raised a complaint about my S22 Plus

Raised a complaint about my S22 Plus. Last year they made a repair as my phone was overheating and stuck in a boot loop. Sent it off and the phone has come back, now I have a problem with the battery and it's overheating. Was told my phone was out of the warranty by the complaints team and that they would have to charge me for a repair, clearly they haven't fixed the phone as its overheating and draining the battery. Before the complaints call I spoke to a tech guy that checked the battery and helped with the vibrating issue I had. He could see the battery had dropped quickly and said to wait until complaint had spoken to me. The complaints guy was very rude and wasn't helpful in anyway. Very disappointed in samsung right now! You have let me down

The whole process takes too long and…

The whole process takes too long and once you have made the funds available you make your customers wait another 14 days before you pay it. As I work for a bank, I no for a fact it doesn't take over 10 day to transfer the money. Do better! Your quick to take our money but when it comes to paying us. You take your sweet time!

Please be advised that "The processing of your request will take up to 14 days" refers to the processing of your withdrawal request which has to do with certain internal processes (so it doesn't refer to the time needed by the bank to send the money after request has been processed on our side and the transfer made).
