The assistant is absolutley a credit to boots Wigan . She is sooo polite, helpful, caring, smartly dressed, always has a huge smile on her face. You really feel as a customer that you matter. Never does she rush you. If you fi have the pleasure of being served by this wonderful lady check her badge her name is Maguy you will see why i have written such a review. Nothing is to much trouble for the amazing staff at this shop. They are always extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. Michelle is just one of her own,always ready to accommodate my needs as a customer ie knowledgeable about ingredients in the perfumes and smells. She is always happy and it shines through she loves her job. So thank you all staff at the frangrance shop in Wigan for an excellent service

On line delivery was easy. Delivery was prompt and excellent. Packaged very well. Delivery driver pleasant also knew when the parcel was bring delivered.

The gentleman who came to fix my montipellier gas cooker was absolutely first class. He rang myself stating he would be with me within the hour, very chatty and pleasant on the phone. Dnt forget this gentleman came from Bristol to repair in Wigan. His manner, when he arrived to repair cooker was a joy, happy, accommodating, very tidy whilst doing his job and more so respected my worktops. This gentleman really was a pleasure to see someone happy in what they do. He should be cloned

The lady who attended to myself was extremely, helpful. She actually went out of her way to accommodate myself as a customer from the beginning to the end. Nothing was too much trouble, I felt really comfortable, and not a fussy customer. Thank you

The lady, Michelle was extremly pleasant, knew which ingredients was in which perfume. So knowledgeable and I will definitely return to the frangrance shop.

Whilst being with British gas with vunerable husband. The only fault I can find is the on line chat service ( I dnt think any telephones are used today to answer questions. ) THE WAITING TIMES ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I CANT SPEND TIME IE SO LONG Waiting for advisor to answer.

Firstly as soon as I entered the shop.in grand arcade Wigan. I was greeted with a very welcoming smiling face. This lady think her name is Michelle was extremly helpful, knowledgeable about all products, I would definitely go back as she is an asset to your company. She listened to what I liked required as a customer. At no point did I feel rushed to make my mind up which made me feel more valued as a customer. Please clone this employee

E.ON.NEXT are the dream team to work with from a customers point if view. Submitted reading, explained husband vunerable so would like to know amount my bill was, and if my.payments covered it. After standing on a nail Sunday afternoon, rang 111 who were extremely obliging courteous understood my needs and concerns. After giving information I was told a nhs clinician would ring me bk which she did. This lady like the.previous one was brilliant, was told to contact GP regarding tetanus. I did that this morning but to no avail at all. I then decided to ring 111 again and explain my personal information which I dnt want go into on here. They were absolutely excellent first class, obliging,helpful and totally understanding. These people need to be cloned I cannot praise these members of staff who dealt with myself , and got me sorted enough. So thank you 111 your the best
