my card got blocked because I tried to…

my card got blocked because I tried to withdraw money.) I was on the phone going through security questions they didn’t believe I was the person on the account.whats the point in even giving me the card if you dont believe it is me and then i carnt even access my account customer service are rude and dont help what so ever!!

Our fraud detection systems can block the account if an attempted transaction raises concerns and our Security team then have to follow a process to ensure the safety of your account which I trust you appreciate.
