Difficult to contact & unable to tell me the bill.
After 2 weeks of trying to contact via thier website options, call, email & chatbot eventually got a response. The advisor "Lilly" was unable to let me know what our previous months electric bill was, as we've had no correspondence for 2 months. We're now almost 3 weeks into the next month . Also unable to tell me what our Direct Debit date is.
