What was described in the product does not work waste of money. They claim to have fragrance for hours I followed all instructions to apply still does not work as expected. Will not recommended

Belfor has been nominated by through my insurance claims it has been 6 weeks I have been chasing them every two days but there is ZERO response.
Every time I call the customer care officer I get to know this will be fixed on high priority this week but this does not happen I am highly frustrated calling and chasing them will never recommend them
When a complaint is registered it takes 10 days for the engineer to visit the site which even after providing feedback there is zero improvement. The speed in selling in the product is not shown in the service required on urgency.
Mini salt prices need to be negotiated as for it is huge cost on my monthly budget

There is no clarity in the claim process. Twice I had issues that when I called the Vitality agent they mentioned as covered in insurance but every time I end up receiving invoice and make the payment
