A really easy process. Our mortgage adviser was very knowledgeable, responsive and guided us through the process very well.

Getting mortgage for some one on visa and willing to buy a property was not easy but Rachel and team provided absolutely fantastic service .

I walked in off the street for general enquiries, and was greeted by the manager of the estate agent, who was extremely helpful in booking me in to see a man called Peter Cowell the very next day.
Peter was cool calm and collected as he explained the options I had.
The way in which he delivered the individual options was superb, leaving enough time for me to contemplate before moving onto the next, and returning to points I did not understand whenever I asked.
In the initial meeting the decades of experience peter has was apparent, so as I left, I left with the confidence I had found the right man to assist with my mortgage.

Both Ben's we had were brilliant. One helped with our mortage the other helped with our life insurance. Ben who did our mortage was approachable and knowledgeable and made our application simple, even down to dumbing it down for us to understand. Ben who did our life insurance was also great, helped sort out our life insurance and was not pushy at all. Understood all our issues and fears regarding it amd helped get us the best deal he could. Also the fee you pay for your mortage broker is was the life time of your mortage so again another big help when dealing with your mortage.
