The whole experience from start to finish was so easy.
You choose 4 pairs to choose at home and if you’re not happy with those you return them and then choose another 4 until you are happy.
Ordering a suitable pair is super easy on their website and once ordered mine were with me within a week at a fraction of the cost of high street stores.
And don’t be fooled in thinking because they’re cheap they’ll look tacky, they don’t I’m really happy with mine.

Well what can I say, so far so good Ribble. From placing my order to receiving my bike was 4 days and 2 of those were a weekend, with regular updates along the way.
After opening the box I found the bike to be fully built up apart from the seat post and handlebars, but I was very impressed with how well packaged it all came.
30 minutes later and the bike was ready and that included my own pedals. I haven't take the bike out for a spin yet but it looks amazing. I have put it in the workstand to see check the gears are set up ok and I'm pleased to say they are spot on.
Just a couple of minor quibbles and that is the wheels are not perfectly true but are acceptable, but then again what do you expect at this price? I always intended to change them anyway.
The other is that when I fitted the seat post I pushed it in too far and when I worked it back out it had taken some paint off down to the metal ......... and yes I did grease it beforehand, but again it's nothing major.
So to summarize, delivery was great, the bike looks fantastic and I'm itching to get out on it.

A while ago I gave Bike Parts a poor review after an order I placed never turned up. Bike Parts responded by saying they were changing over their system and were in a transitional period of which I was not happy with.
Recently I decided to try them again and placed a small order. This time the process was easy and more efficient with my order turning up on time.
With more confidence I slowly ordered more bike parts and every transaction has been faultless and been delivered on time on every occasion.
So well done Bike Parts you are back to where you used to be and I will definitely use you again.

This is my second bike I've purchased from Dolan and in the main I'm reasonably happy with it.

Even though the build time was extremely rapid I think this must have been a "Friday" bike because after collection and getting it home I found the gears were not set up correctly.

The rear derailleur would not drop into the bottom cog and I had to adjust the outer limit screw. The front derailleur would not even change onto the big ring and after investigation I found that the gear cable was way too slack, which demonstrates a lack of care and attention to detail.

The frame also has numerous small marks on it which is disappointing.

Apart from these issues the bike rides very well and is extremely light for climbing.

Would I buy from Dolan again? .......... probably not which is a real shame as my first bike from them was excellent.

In the past I’ve ordered loads of spares from Bike Parts but I don’t know what’s gone off with them.

A previous order was late and my last order never turned up, even though It kept saying that the courier is expecting it.

I’ve emailed customer services but had no reply so for me I will no longer order from this company even though they may be slighter cheaply.

I firmly believe they are taking orders for stock they do not have which is very underhand.

My advice is look elsewhere to a more reputable company like Chain Reactions or Tredz, at least you will receive the goods.

Having bought a set of HUNT 54 Aerodynamicist Carbon Disc Wheels over a month ago I finally got to try them out yesterday due to other commitments.

All I can say is wow!

They look great, feel great when on the bike and have definitely improved my performance. The only small issue I had was that this is the first set of aero wheels I have ever ridden and initially I felt the bike was very twitchy, especially on cross winds but after 20 minutes I never noticed it again.

Give these a go, you won't be disappointed and if you are there is a 60 day trail period.

At the time Hunt were also throwing in a double wheel bag for free ..... WIN WIN!

I had to contact CoverForYou for a name change on our travel insurance policy.

I used the email facility and expected a reply back after a few days. To my surprise I'd had a reply within 2 hours and everything was sorted 20 minutes later with no extra admin charges that many other companies like to sting you with.

Al in all a pleasant and totally painless, hassle free experience.

This was my first buying experience with Tweeks Cycles and after reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous especially when the item I ordered suddenly showed no stock.

But I have to say my own personal shopping experience turned out to be a good one as I was updated throughout the process on delivery (which was free) and the goods arrived well packaged in a reasonable amount of time..

Excellent price let down by taking orders on stock they do not have in or do not know when they will have stock in.

Booked a 2 night stay at a good price. A few days later received an email from Booking.com saying they had cancelled our booking as the price they had quoted us was incorrect.

When we queried why they had just cancelled our booking without speaking to us first their attitude was “couldn’t care less” we made a mistake so we’re going to advertise it again at a much higher price.

We asked surely the price you quote us should be the price we pay but were told by a manager we can charge what we want!

So in short avoid this company at all costs they are only there to fleece you out of as much money as they can get away with!!

The same experience as everyone else you order an item and it never turns up.

All I kept getting from Mara in CS were excuses and then finally that it was lost in the post. Now she does not even reply to my emails.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Although not in it’s original box this was a brand new Shimano component at a very good price.

Paid a small fee for faster delivery but still much cheaper than others.
