Don’t use

Ordered stuff in August that never arrived, multiple emails sent, response from someone called Jack apologising and that my order would be shipped. Now the 3rd of November and still no item, but yet lots of emails about it. Have raised a dispute my bank to reclaim the money from them.
Simply don’t use them.

My go to place for supplements

My go to place for supplements, started using them several months ago, for vitamin D supplements and recently for creatine as well as magnesium. Delivery is super quick, the products last and the prices are not crazy.
Definitely recommended

Excellent Service and Quality – My 3rd Dolan Bike!

Recently ordered a new Rebus Road bike frame from Dolan Bikes – my third bike from them – and I’ve always been a big fan.
Ordering was straightforward; the hardest part was choosing a custom colour! After making my selection, I emailed to ask about using Cycle Scheme vouchers. The reply was prompt, and the process was easy to complete.

Once my voucher was processed and uploaded, my order was confirmed. A few weeks later, the frame was ready. As I was going to be away, Dolan were more than happy to delay shipping so someone would be home to receive it – a great touch of customer care.

After unpacking and building, I couldn’t be happier. The frame is excellent quality, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Dolan. Now the bike is fully built, and I’m looking forward to many adventures ahead.

Highly recommend Dolan Bikes for their quality, service, and attention to detail.

Great in Theory, Frustrating in Practice (At Least for Me)

I’m sure MyBuilder is a great platform for finding tradespeople. There are certainly plenty registered on it. Unfortunately, my personal experience has been quite frustrating. Despite trying for months, I’ve struggled to get any local tradespeople listed on the site to actually respond to my job postings.

To be fair, this isn’t necessarily MyBuilder’s fault. They’ve created the platform, but they can’t force trades to reply. Still, from a customer’s perspective, it’s incredibly disheartening to be met with silence when you’re trying to get work done.

This whole experience has made me realise there’s a real gap in the market for reliable, proactive local trades or handypeople who are willing to take on jobs that perhaps more established professionals are ignoring. It’s even got me thinking about setting something up myself to meet that need!

Reliable, High-Quality Products & Excellent Service

I’m a repeat customer of Garrison Locks and have always had a smooth experience. Ordering a replacement key and a new cylinder for a recent door installation was quick and easy. I specifically chose to stick with the same brand to match our existing locks—avoiding the hassle of multiple keys.

While the prices are slightly higher than some alternatives, you’re paying for quality, security, and peace of mind—areas where it’s worth spending a bit more. My only minor gripe was that the new cylinder didn’t come with a key, as it was coded to match our current setup. Not a big issue, just something to be aware of.

Delivery was fast, customer service was friendly and helpful, and they were quick to identify our key code when we didn’t have it on hand. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely continue using them in the future.

Found what I was looking for

First time searching for a car on PistonHeads.
Found it really easy to find what I was looking for, was able to make contact with the dealer and made a successful purchase.

Love lots of the features that other apps/don’t have and the ability to see the MOT history (apologies if this can be seen in other sites) as it let me see everything that’s been done to vehicle and swayed my decision to buy a slightly higher mileage model that’s been looked after rather than a younger ones that going to need work.
Really happy with site and will definitely use again.

Amazing products

Amazing products and super fast delivery.
Easy to order, and they products do what they say they do.
The ceramic foam is simply amazing, easy to apply and works a treat.
Drying towel is something else, lay it on, draw it off and the water is gone.
Can’t recommend Sam’s enough

First class service

Excellent service.
The helmet I ordered went missing in the post, was really easy to contact the team, who were super helpful, followed up with the courier and then agreed to ship a replacement item which arrived in less than 24hrs and guess what the original one arrived at the same time so I had two. A quick message to Tredz to let them know, was easy to get the information for the return and I even got a £10 voucher to spend.

Will certainly use again and highly recommend.

Great tools and equipment

I’m a big fan of Ryobi tools and slowly moving from mains powered to 18v range of tools.
I love the fact that the same battery can be used in both my gardening and power tools which makes life so much easier and only require one charger rather than multiple.
The range of tools is great, I feel they are well made and ideal for me and my family, delivery is quick and there are always decent offers though I do admit i check other places for price comparison but generally come back and buy direct from Ryobi.

Great service and range of products

Great selection of products and a user-friendly app! I love being able to browse, add items to my wish list or basket, and then collect them from my local store.

The prices are excellent, and the range of items is impressive—they always have everything I need in stock. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, offering genuine advice rather than just trying to make a sale.

My only wish? That we had a store in Stonehaven—we’re seriously lacking a shop like this!

Brilliant clothing

What can I say? The products are fantastic and easily the best I’ve used.

After seeing my wife in her Pursue gear and trying on a pair of her leggings (yes, they’re designed for women, but they’re that good), I decided to place an order for my own, along with a few tops. Everything arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The fit is incredible—the leggings offer great support, just the right amount of compression, and a secure, flattering fit. The tops are also excellent, providing comfort whether in the gym or just lounging around.

I’m really happy with my purchase and already planning to buy more next month!

Great products

Edited - March 25, we bought this chair as a gift and after a few niggles with delivery the chair has finally been built and really good, super comfortable, great quality and went together really easily (didn’t even need the instructions). Our folks are super happy with the chair.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and I am sorry you are not happy with the delivery company or service so far.

If I could just clarify a few points please -

1) You didn't pay extra for a next day delivery, you paid extra due to your postcode location, which unfortunately all third party couriers we use do charge to deliver due to the distance.

2) I did advise when the order was taken due to the distance delivery would take 3/4 working days, We are currently on day 2 and the goods should be delivered today if not at the latest tomorrow.

3) You called us this morning and we called the couriers and updated you on the delivery immediately, I am sorry this wasn't to your satisfaction.

Our website does clearly state in the delivery information that certain parts of Scotland and islands will carry an extra charge to deliver due to location and to call us for the best price and delivery timescales will vary.

I am sorry you aren't happy and felt the need to write this review, if you wish to chat further please do not hesitate to call me on 01803 500810.

Careful and helpful

Edited, despite the item arriving in Aberdeen on Friday and under the impression that it would be delivered the same day we had to wait a couple of days for delivery, took a bit of time to get through to the company but once we did they couldn’t of been more helpful (shame the selling company couldn’t of been the same). Item was delivered this morning by a very polite driver. Really happy with the service and care taken by the company.

Not impressed with delivery or customer service

Ordered a shed that was being supplied by a 3rd party company, email received along with estimated delivery date, then one saying it had been dispatched, after that it all went quiet with no further updates. I tried calling the delivery helpline but might as well not bothered as it’s a waste of time as I got told I had three possible delivery dates and that I need to be at home to receive the order.
Not impressed and would certainly not order a non stocked item from them again.

Can’t give accurate delivery date

Ordered a shed and received a dispatch notification with an estimated delivery between the 17th and 19th of February. They couldn’t provide a more precise date or time and essentially said I’d need to wait around for it, though the drivers will call before they arrive—which is at least something. Overall, not impressed with the service.

Helped fix incorrect lenses

After having issues with two pairs of glasses that I sent, a telephone call to the team at Lensology got the issue sorted, I returned both pairs of glasses and had them corrected for me. The lenses I got back are perfect, I now have a pair I can use for everyday use and a pair for driving/general use.
And though I was initially unhappy with the service as a repeat customer they sorted everything out for me.

Perfect for all my needs

I’ve been using Ryobi tools for years and have gradually transitioned from wired tools to their 18V range.

For my needs, they’re absolutely perfect. The interchangeable batteries make it incredibly convenient to switch between devices, whether I’m working on woodworking, gardening, or domestic tasks. So far, I’ve got a drill, impact driver, circular saw, reciprocating saw, blower, strimmer, and planer—just need to invest in a few more batteries!

The delivery is always quick, the product range is extensive, and I highly recommend them.

Your car may come back as a different model.

Despite the turn around being very quick, the quality of finish appearing to very good, and the car getting delivered back to me, my car came back with some additional badges on the wings that it didn’t have before it went into the shop and is now a “Limited Edition” with badges on the wings stating it.
At the time of review I’m still waiting to hear back from body shop and agree a forward plan.

Can’t say I’m overly amused at finding new badges on the wings.
Depending on the outcome, either the badges removed or refund on the cost of removing them I will change my review.

I have also fed this back to my insurance company.

Honestly who ever applied the badges to both wings needs to be questioned and if they worked for me they probably wouldn’t be any longer or would certainly be on performance improvement plan, sounds harsh but I don’t tolerate stuff like this. Why can’t people just do what they are supposed to do, and not mess with stuff.
