I have 2 of The Sofa Company's sofas, 1 and 2 seater electric recliner the other a normal 2 seater sofa & I'm very happy with both of them, they are so comfortable.

The Sofa Company, at the time of purchase, were superb. The website is well designed and easy-to-use. The customer service staff I spoke to following my purchase were superb - friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

I feel that, while this is of extreme importance when considering future purchases and recommendations, after-sales service is equally as important. The Sofa Company, again, excelled.

I did have an issue with my chair after a year of use; however, the process of resolving the issue was handled superbly by The Sofa Company. They were extremely apologetic, and couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Exemplary staff and service.

I ordered 2 swivel chairs and they needed delivery to the Isle of Man. The help and guidance I received was excellent, as were the updates of the delivery to the Manx carrier in Lancashire.
The chairs are as described, comfortable and solid. Lee especially was very helpful with the minor issue we had post delivery in the Isle of Man. Lee went out of his way to help us. Highly recommended

Can't fault the company and it's delivery contractor. Everything went smoothly, but the ayston sofa I bought is just about the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever known . I find it unusable, such is the discomfort. The lesson I suppose is to buy from a store where you can try first.

Firstly their customer services representatives are excellent. But I ordered 2 swivel recliners, one arrived broken and while the other one was fine, the quality of the chair was extremely poor. The chairs were not well packaged, so it’s not surprising one was damaged in transit.

I received a refund for the broken chair without any issues at all, as I said previously the customer service representatives were excellent.

But I’m very surprised at the mainly positive reviews as the quality of the furniture was not good at all. Very thin leather and very little cushioning on the chairs.

I’d recommend spending that bit extra and sourcing your furniture elsewhere. They say you get what you pay for, so maybe I shouldn’t have expected much. But on the whole extremely disappointing.

Delivered promptly, sofa great.

Recliner chair arrived promptly. However, it soon became apparent that the motor was defective. Sofa Company were very quick to rectify the situation and dispatched a replacement motor that I was able to fit myself. Otherwise, a happy customer.

Very efficient chairs arrived next day, very please with them.

Ordered two recliners. When opened one was the wrong style. Called and correct one was delivered the next day no issues. Easy to put together. Decent (stiff swivel bearings) quality for the price

The sofas were decent and reasonable value. The sub contracted delivery company were complete clowns. Firstly they couldn't find our house and took about an hour of circling round before they found us. Secondly they were in a mad rush to get off again. I had to point out that they hadn't screwed the feet on properly and then they put the sofa back in crooked. It was stuck fast. Wouldn't go in or come out. They asked my wife and I to sit on the arms whilst they tried to yank it free. After 20 minutes they said they'd return it and we could have another one. I suggested using the handle of my large hammer to lever it apart and this worked. I then suggested putting soap on the slotted guides and when I did this, the back went in no problem. I received no thanks for my help and they left in a hurry with packaging materials strewn across the floor. How rude!

Only had the chair for a day, but already found my ankles seem less swollen, due to keeping my legs elavated. leather feels very comfortable. Delivery was very good two guys brought in into my living room. The packaging was too large to fit through a standard door, but they took the parts out by front door bringing them straight in where the assembled it, very fast. Then tested everything showed me what was what before leaving. The chair is very comfortable, it fits my size 5' 10" perfectly. Have not used the heating yet but the vibrating feels helpful, if sitting for a long time.
