This is an honest review

This is an honest review, and I wish I had read previous reviews before I booked with Gosingles.
To clarify I did go over the Christmas period, but that should not make a difference as it was advertised as a Christmas/Festive break.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel was the first issue as I had to make a telephone call to find out where they were as I could not locate anyone with a GoSingles board. I did finally locate the driver and two other members of the party, who also had trouble locating the driver.
The hotel was fine, the room was clean and what I was expecting. The age demographic of the guests was more to the elder side, but thats to be expected.
No sign of any representative from GoSingles were present or when they would be around.
There was meant to be five in our group, but we never did see any sign of the other two members, but seeing as there wasn't a welcoming meeting we would not have had a clue who they were.
I messaged, via the app, my disappointment of the lack of anyone from GoSingles being present. That afternoon when I went back to my room, there was a letter on the floor which said that the rep was surprised that no one was around at 14.30 for a meet and greet, and we should all go to reception to find out about a table that they had arranged for us all to eat at.
I did this and reception had no idea what I was on about.
All of this aside, I did enjoy my stay in Malta but this had nothing to do with GoSingles. Their input went as far as taking the money and booking a hotel and flights, which I could easily have done myself and saved some money.
Again, this is my honest review and experience of using GoSingles. I won't be using them again
