HORRIBLE, DILETTANTES AND AFTER ONE MONTH OWE ME 3000.— Euro refund !!!!!
NEVER EVER order anything from this company!!! I have ordered a few pullovers which none is below 450 euro…I have returned these which very not good or fitting back on 1st of April. Since 6th of April DHL AND the Italian boarder are trying anyhow got reach out to them asking for further instructions. DHL was trying to help me- seriously I have never experienced such a professional and good service as I’m now from DHL- by trying to contact NAP by email, phone calls etc…no reply on nothing. Same for me, hunderts of phone calls, short messages and emails…getting one excuse and lie after other and they still continue lying!! First it was my mistake, DHL couldn’t reach me…after I got confirmation from DHL that that’s a big lie, then it was DHL who was just not responding…after DHL sent me a written confirmation that NAP is the one who’s not reacting on any attempt from them to reach them and many other annoying calls with completely lost, dilettantes if their customer „service“ and emails and sms…I have reached out to PayPal to claim my money back. Just got an email- we have now a third who’s fault it is. The Italian boarder is not answering to them…so first me, then DHL and now the boarder. Poor them if there is always an other guilty one (the tracking btw shows exactly how many times they tried to reach out to NAP with not reply)
How ever if you want to avoid a company selling themselves as a high end brand distributor to cheat you and treat you worse than you would ever be treated at H&M (sorry nothing against H&M just using an example of low brand companies and have no experience with them) the DONT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE. Glad to see here I’m obviously not the only one although thinks not giving me my 3000.— euro back. If this is not solved till end of April I’ll consider further legal steps. I am speechless and they should be ashamed!! Seriously shame on them!! Shame on them!
