I have shopped at Go Outdoors for many years now and have always been impressed with the Company and their standards of service.
Where goods have proved faulty, they have happily exchanged in-store - sometimes same day.
The price-match offer is simply unbeatable - where else in the UK does an outdoor company promise to match, and then beat any valid price by a further 10%. Blacks certainly do not, nor do Cotswold Outdoors.
Their postal service, however, is not so good - they use UK Mail who are simply the worst postal company in the world. I would buy more from Go Outdoors if they sent online order items via Royal Mail.
