Our wifi went down due to a power outage and despite our resetting etc could not get back online. We rang Zzoomm and got through to Khaled who was great, he even rang us straight back when my phone cut out too! Great service and he got us back online within a few minutes ... thanks!

Recently joined Zzooom . Internet began dropping out today . Phoned helpline and quickly got to a real human called Maxine. She talked me through things and did her thing her end and my problem was solved very quickly. Excellent service . Very happy customer

I have been with this company since 2023, unfortunately I had a issue Thursday last week which is to be expected, however after speaking to 2 people in customer services department about my router that had failed they could not get me in for a appointment for 2/3 weeks. I asked to be put through to the loyalty team / cancellation team as I could not wait this long for services to resume.
Luckily I was able to speak to a well spoken lady called Rachel who had me sorted in around 24 hours, a appointment, and service resumed.. Rachel kept me well updated and also managed to keep me on board!
Rachel thank you very much I am extremely happy with the service you provided 11/10

Tom Ball & Luke Francis came to install our broadband today, they were both pleasant, friendly, helpful & patient. The router was taking a little longer to connect than usual but, I was kept updated with how things were moving which was a nice touch so I was in the loop of what was going on. Also a special shout out to Luke with all the questions I was throwing his way who never rushed me to hurry up in order to leave to get to his next job which was much appreciated! I'd not heard of Zzoomm before but so far the customer service experience has been great! From needing to contact Stephanie in support to adjust our installation date over the bank holiday to both Luke & Tom installing today. Thank you!

Rachael in the loyalty team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The company actually worked to retain my customer which was most refreshing.
I’d be delighted to speak with Rachael again in 12 months to discuss renewing once again.
