Just booked my install for Zzoomm internet with Scottish Steven, the friendliest salesman I've spoken to. He got me a great deal and waited very patiently for 5 months for me to finish buying my house before we booked the install.

I just renewed my contract with Zzoomm and Rachel was the most lovely and helpful woman, she is a credit to the business!
What I love about Zzoomm is the very small couple of issues I have had I have spoken to someone in the UK, they have answered the calls very quickly and even followed up a few days later to make sure the issues where solved.
Companies like this are hard to find these days, we need to support them!!!

We moved over to zoom 3 weeks ago and we’ve had nothing but issues from the off. My husband phoned numerous times and nothing got sorted I felt like we were just getting fobbed off so I decided to speak them today. I spoke to Reuben who was great, she was so patient with me as I’m not tech savvy. She went through lots of checks and told me what I needed to do and it worked!! The company is very lucky to have her and she should do the training. Very knowledgeable and great customer service skills. Thank you so much Reuben 😊

I called with some technical issues and I was sceptical when the customer services person said they’d arrange a call back. However I was blown away by Matt in the tech team today.
He called me, made me feel heard and solved my issue in minutes!
Some companies hide behind so-called specialists - Zzoomm utilise them expertly!

I have no alternative broadband providers within my area so am stuck with Zzoomm. Sadly their routers are not good enough and their infrastructure is insufficient to provide the advertised speeds.
Just a few metres away from the router and struggling with UHD streaming on a supposed 1000mb line and the internet goes off completely at least once a day. WiFi devices getting around 50mb at most, which sounds good until you compare with other providers on a similar promised speed.
Poor technical support which never responded within 7 days and when I called back reset my router and all settings forcing a complete reset of all devices, without solving issues.
Would not recommend and would not be using it I had any alternative.

Unfortunately what seemed straight forward after placing the initial order wasn't. Time and money wasted by staff/contractors all of which could have been avoided.
Inaccurate information provided on initial site visit caused all the problems; endless phone calls to zzoomm passed from person to person. So many promises to resolve but not actioned.
Subsequent Engineers sent to undertake tasks they were unable to complete through no fault of their own; so frustrating for all involved. Engineers Steve, John and Craig and Field Manager Daniel were extremely polite and professional throughout.
Yesterday Customer Service member Kieren took ownership of the case, sought a resolution and zzoomm has been installed this afternoon. It's been a costly exercise for all. Not good for zzoomm's reputation.

What made my experience great? Rachel on the help line did. Absolutely superb service. Empathy, knowledge, polite and an absolutely superb person to deal with. Many thanks for all your help, and you are the reason ( apart from the product ) that I will remain with Zzoomm!

Good start as I got through to the Zzoomm technical support team almost straight away & spoke with Nick, a UK based, UK national.
Didn't have high expectations before making the call as my Zzoomm box was dead! Nevertheless, Nick stuck with it and not only got that working again, he then fixed an issue between the box and router & also gave good advice and guidance on how the wi-fi works and how to make the most of it. Excellent service, I can't remember the last time I thought that about any technical helpdesk! Thanks Nick
