Zulily 

I have been a Zulily customer for 4 years and haven't had any problems with them. If something wasn't suitable I have always been refunded. You had to return goods in the recent past to get a refund but now when you e-mail them to arrange a return they refund you within a couple of days and say there is no need to return the items and to give them to someone else or a charity etc. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, they always give me store credit as a goodwill gesture to go towards my next order. I, like some other reviewers, found the size guide to be rather inconsistent when I first started shopping with them but I have found that ordering a larger size than English sizing usually fits. Sometimes the item is too small and at others too big. It is trial and error sometimes. You do have to wait a while for some items but that's just the way It is. But I love their clothing. The styles are unique and more interesting compared to the usual high street. I have always found their customer service to be very helpful and they are always quick to answer my e-mails. I am very satisfied.

Zulily use Yodel to deliver some parcels. Today, the Yodel delivery guy threw the Zulily parcel over my deck and it hit the glass on my front door. When I told him not to do that he laughed and drove away. I emailed Zulily and Yodel about the incident. Yodel hasn’t responded, but Zulily sent me a template response that basically said nothing.
I spent thousands with Zulily every year for 5 years, but once my current orders are fulfilled I will cancel the account.
I will not buy from any company with such poor customer service and delivery.

I made an order one item came damaged and was told I’d get a refund and the other item was cancelled.
It’s been over a month and I still have not received my refund!
Ridiculous. DONT SHOP WITH THEM

I've used Zulily many times and have never had any problems. If something doesn't come up to scratch they've refunded straight away.

I am furious with my purchase from Zulily. The item I bought was about $11. Plus shipping and handling it came to about $18 - Not bad for something I wanted. When it arrived 3 weeks later I found it was WAY too short. Decided to return. Then I read about the $8 something return charge. So an Item that I paid $18 for and returned I would receive a $2.88 credit for. That's ridiculous. No wonder I tend to shop on Amazon or in brick and mortar stores. I will give it to my local Thrift shop rather than send it back so they can scam someone else.

Do not recommend family friend. I recommended my daughter. Zulily advertise £25 when the person uses the link and the item is shipped. First email address did not work so she tried the second. Both my daughter and her husband work all day and there was nowhere secure to leave the parcel. So the best option for delivery was my house. Her dad is at home all day and could take the parcel in. I had not received the £25 so queried it first Zulily said my daughter hadn’t used the link, Then when I sent proof I was informed that she had used the same address. She does not live with me, I emailed all the information and her address. So be aware. Consequently the item will be returned to Zulily for a refund and nether I or my daughter will be dealing with such a disreputable company that have bad ethics and poor customer service. YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED

I buy ona regular basis from Zulily. I can't resist their excellent offers and have always been thrilled when I receive my goodies. On a couple of occasions when an item didn't fit customer services were brilliant. I can't praise them enough.

I think zulilly range of items are fantastic.
Beats all other clothing website's.
Received my items today with no problems from start to finish.
I'm definitely confident to buy more from them. The stuff is just quirkier and looks more appealing than day our UK sites.
I am aware of the bad reviews and it can put people off buying but I thought I'd give it a go and am 100% satisfied.!

I have been shopping with Zulily for almost 3years we're good and customer service but recently started having big problem.they sizing are not accurate even after following the size guide absolutely rubbish and I worked for a catalogue company so I know better with sizing . Many orders mainly shoes were sent back as well clothes or donated as they were no good to me . Most of they stuff are from China guys so I would be careful before buying from them and quality are poor including most jewellery. Recently they emailed me saying they will be closing my account as I have done too many returns even though these are with images of evidence damaged or bad quality on every item .I was disappointed how they had decided this . I still at the time had couple of items due to come out and one received which were needed to be returned as the shoes were tight fitting and they reply is sorry can't help your account is closed WTH !!!! Couldn't return them and still not received my other orders again emailed them about it and they refused to help as my account was closed .. how disgusting after shopping with them for soo long this is how they treat they customers.. would not recommend stick to Amazon shopping same quality and cheaper price ..

I really can’t understand the negative reviews I’m seeing! I’ve been using Zulily for 2-3 years now and OK I have had to return some things, but on more than a couple of occasions I’ve been told to keep the goods or donate then to charity AND had my money (including delivery charges) refunded within 24 hours!

UK customers should bear in mind that the listed sizings are US sizes, so always check the ‘size information’. Shoes are the trickiest things - but follow the fitting instructions!

I’ve had some fab stuff from Zulily and I love them, so I’d say ‘give them a go, be discerning - and be patient - the goods always arrive!

I love zulily I have been ordered form them for about 3 Year now and order something maybe once every 3 months or so. You need to understand before using them that they are flash sales the goods are only around for maybe 48 hours or so then they vanish, also delivery is rather slow the fastest I had was 1 week the slowest 6 weeks and its not predictable but I don't mind as they are imported and they wait for the sale to end before shipping, so to me is expected and I order things I advance. I have had to return items and the company have been very quick to respond and on a couple of occassions have told me to keep the item and gave me a refund anyway which was amazing service. I will continue to use them and have recommended them to friends and neither myself nor my friends have had an issue. One of my friends is from the US and I told her about the site she got really excited she could get zulily in the UK as she's used them for years in the US.

I have emailed 5 times about a top I have received and no one has got back to me. Have been a customer for years but this has put me off buying again

I've never had a problem with Zulily. When I haven't been impressed with something they refund it.

I ordered a few tunic tops which looked lovely on the site and the material sounded nice. On arrival, I found them to be made from very cheap and clingy material and sizes were very wrong. Nothing fitted so I contacted then to send the items back. At first I was given incorrect information regarding the returns procedure and finally I received information to print and insert into the parcel to return.

All items were returned and I never heard from them again. No refund was given. Perhaps this is how they make their money ….. they've probably resold the tunics and been paid for them a second time!

I couldn't live without Zulily. This year, due to a disabling back condition, I have been forced to shop online. I tentatively tried Zulily and was so delighted with my first purchase, that I have kept ordering from them and now have a wardrobe full of amazingly beautiful clothes at such knock-down prices. I receive so many compliments, even from strangers and am regularly asked where I have bought my clothes. I am not a standard size and can rarely find anything in the shops that looks good on me but I have returned nothing to Zulily at all. I'm sorry to find people criticising this company - maybe they don't quite understand how the site works. As for me, I will probably never shop anywhere else now. Thank you Zulily.

Zulily Rips their customers off. Poor quality product and the sizes are all wrong. I bought a pair of sandals and they were a full size too small. After shipping ans stocking charges they wanted to give me back .40 cents. REALLY?!? The shoes didn't fit!!! I had purchased 5 pair at the time and they wanted to pay me .40 cents?!? I will never purchase from them again and I'll never recommend them.

I was bowled over by the excellent customer service received from Zulily.

Recently, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, both lovely and great price. However, one pair was too big so I asked advice on Returns Policy.

They advised me, that I was too busy to be going to all the trouble of returning, therefore keep the shoes, or donate to charity.
I was astonished.They made the refund immediately!

This is a first for me.

Love their stuff but they need to get the conversion chart right, a pair of shoes I
ordered in US size 7.5 was according to
their chart a UK 5.5. No - it was not ,it was
more a UK size 4 ! I requested to return it and a refund but they very kindly gave me a refund and told me to keep the shoes and give it yo charity which was very nice of them. I would use them again but a but a bit wary of their sizing
