I recently had Luqman handle the double glazing for my entire house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Luqman's professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Not only did he complete the job efficiently and effectively, but the final clean touch truly exceeded my expectations. Luqman's dedication to ensuring everything was spotless demonstrates his commitment to delivering exceptional service. ZS Compney run by one man call himself Mr Luqmaan, He is a dodgy guy. He is fraud. He will take you to into full confidence by showing his factory and some one else job without any references, Talking very nice in the binning before taking your money, He said he has German very high quality products, this is German, that is German, This is German technology.
He made me fool 😭 because of his lies, His products are rubbish, Windows and doors are very poor quality, it's very weak during installation keeps breaking and after installation it's very shaky I'm dead sure Luqnaan and his windows fitters are not qualified fitter. He messed up whole house, He has installed some windows too small and some too big, he damaged whole my house and didn't complete the job. He has left the job half way. I had to get it done from someone else, Including too much repairing work. I made a mistake by paying him in advance. He took £4750 In name of advance and since then he keeps asking for more more money, He was saying otherwise my work going to be delayed because he don't have money to pay other party, every time he does little work asks for money. He took all money 💰 well before completing the job
I ordered 3 bedroom house's all windows, kitchen door and complete porch, originali he has agreed for full job around £8,500 they increased £9,500. He had promised me that he is going to complete the job within 2 weeks and now been nearly 3 months. He was keep promising he will come in few days to complete the job but newer complete the job, now he is very abusive and says I'm not going to do your job do what ever you want to, I'm not scared of anything he is saying. Luqman took all money 💰 without finishing the job.

This contractor is the epitome of incompetence. Their abysmal attitude, complete lack of work ethic, and astonishing dearth of skills make them wholly unsuitable for any job. Their initial attempt at installing a window was laughable, leaving it misaligned and off-center by a shocking 4cm. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, they showed no regard for quality, leaving the window propped up with random debris. When confronted, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting I fix the problem myself or find a new home. Communication with them is nearly impossible, and their overall performance is nothing short of abysmal.

He is a pure cowboy ,he mess up my porche ,,didn't use corner post to join cornres ,,,,frame is hanging off the concrete ,on top of the gutter look horible laminate floor gutter ect is a mess because of his mesurements and blaming my house is build badly and wonky ,so instead of changing the whole panel he prefered to install it as it it's the most horrible work I've ever seen in my life ,,job not completed .
Took all payment and flew away .
Don't give him any deposit ,or if you do please get a professional to check the job before you pay him all ,,also make sure he finish it COMPLETELY then you pay him don't trust this guy if he says he's coming back he won't don't trust him please

Took all payment and flew away .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've initially provided a good review but having had the windows fitted across my whole house now for approximately 2 years, I can confirm their after sales is absolutely horrible. I have a fault with a couple of my windows; one misaligned due to faulty fitting casing a draft (photo supplied) and one window handle no longer functions meaning I can no longer open it.

Faults happen and I personally do not have an issue with this, but the fact that I was promised they would come and fix the issue last Thursday but haven't along with no longer answering my calls is beyond unprofessional and rude.

In short, this guy is clearly only interested in selling windows with lack of care for after sales.

I will be removing them from my contractor preferred list and advising my contacts in the building/renovation trade of this event to avoid future orders.

Luqman fitted double glazing to the front of my semi-detached house (where I live in Redbridge) on 2 separate occasions ( I wanted to have different windows fitted at different times).
Luqman was happy for me to watch the fitting and ask lots of questions. He explained what he is doing throughout and sought my views on how the work was going. He was able to make adjustments to the work based on my comments as he carried the right equipment in his van.
I was able to keep the original 1930s stained glass window design and I now have beautiful windows that keep my house warm and that I enjoy looking at when I approach my house.
I'm very satisfied with Luqman's work and customer service and I'm commissioning him to replace the double glazing at another property.

Avoid, waited nearly a year to write a review as I honestly think people should be given time to rectify their mistakes. Do NOT believe anything this company tells you!. We had 19 windows fitted in Nov 21 and initially were pleased with the way the work was being completed. We were told if we ever had an issue with anything regarding our windows it was under guarantee and all we needed to do was call, however a couple of weeks after they were installed we noticed 2 windows wouldn't open, bathroom finishing needed to be completed and a window wouldn't close properly even though it appeared shut. We have been calling them since last November asking them to return to fix the issue and were told someone will be there. We are still waiting and it's been nearly a year and now our calls are being ignored. Our front window plinth was damaged and that still needs to be fixed. Do not use this company and do not believe the lies that you are told. Happy to provide further details if you would like to know as I believe nobody should have to go through this especially when they have paid for a service and it is not what was agreed. Very disappointed. The way you are treated changes as soon as they have received all the money.

I would like to officially complain against Z S DOUBLE GLAZING LTD represented by the owner Luqman (a Pakistani national) who fits the front door for my house in Dagnham. I ordered a double-glazed front door which I have seen on the company’s website. After five weeks of waiting, and rescheduling the appointment of installation frequently, the gentleman called Luqman came to fit the front door on 5th of September 2022.
However, it is not fitted properly, and it is not square from inside. The most vital issue is the door frame is broken and he covered it by using a brown silicon. This is a serious security threat for me since the door can be damaged completely and easily by burglars at any time Moreover, door knocker, peephole and door number are all missing despite they are included in the agreed price. Lukman claimed he forgot them, and he promised to fit them to me. But, he completely stopped replying to my calls and text messages any more. He overcharges me for the door. It costs me £1300 for a double glazed, broken, and incomplete, door. I have evidence of all pictures of the fit door and the door in his van to confirm that he has the job.

Had two windows replaced today by ZS team, came early, very professional, laid dust sheets etc, managed to get the old window out and this window has been in there for 20 yrs plus so happy I now have a downstairs window that opens and not drafty and the kids have a decent window again. Very reasonable price and went above and beyond in trying to figure out how to fix our sliding doors as an extra job. Guys cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and friendly. Business card is going in the wallet for future reference. No hesitation in recommending ZS.

Had some windows and facias fitted by Z S Double Glazing not to an acceptable standard, very poor after service, correction....no after service, once paid he will not come back and address outstanding issues that have come to light due to poor installation work.

my recommendation, avoid this company.

Thought I would use a local company with good reviews,
up pops Z S Double Glazing LTD, very quick to come round and strike and deal, so far so good....but when it came to replacing the windows and fitting the fascias it all seemed to be rushed and very messy.
When they said they finished the work it was dark and from what I can see it looked ok but the following day when checking it was not completed to an acceptable standard. I have called and text a number of times with no response and when chasing I have been told now that "We dont have the staff" but why doesn't the hands on company owner come round and address my outstanding issues/concerns himself!

If you are going to use his services make sure to hold back some payment until you are fully satisfied because he's not coming back otherwise....you have been warned!!

Update 2/3/2022. after Z S Double Glazings reply to my review saying "I have absolutely no idea who this person is" etc my review was "VERIFIED" by Trustpilot. this means "This review was flagged, so the reviewer was asked to provide documentation showing their experience was genuine. Once provided, Trustpilot labeled the review verified" look at the post just below my name "VERIFIED".this compnay will go above and beyond to get valid negative reviews removed instead of spending the time addressing there poor services. they contacted Trustpilot saying they didn't know who I was and could I provide proof of using Z S Double Glazing services, the proof was screen shots of texts between the company owner and myself and screen shots of electronic payments made from my bank to Z S Double Glazings bank account.
plus CCTV footage of him doing the work at my property with his van on my driveway!
