bought a clipper for my dog, its day 6 and still not here, was asked to download an app, from an obscure delivery company to track the parcel.... rather than just being able to put a track number in online like the rest do.... so day 7 ?? will it arrive ??/ did they employ a driver who has no clue re delivery's ??...... a single stand alone contractor for delivery's with a broken down 1989 transit ? zovatech ???..........lol dont bother.... full of the smelly stuff tbh..... selling kit they dont have in stock, making people wait days before even the fake retailer gets the product.... point of sale ?? point of wait more like.... chase chase and chase some more zovatech.... = rubbish...

Delivery took a little longer than expected. Due to sold out stock.

Bought a vacuum from zovatech after searching a lot online, as I can’t handle too. Heavy vacuums I needed to reach out the customer service to ask some questions before purchasing it. I have a autoimmune disorder that makes pain in all my joints so it was crucial for me that the vacuum was not too heavy. Customer service cleared all my doubts and I received the order after placing it after 2 days. The vacuum is exactly how I wanted it lightweight but still sturdy and efficient I have 2 cat and 1 dog and it cleans everything, the vacuum bin button is easy to open and the most important it’s not too heavy and the battery last for a really good time too!
