Impossible Returns
I bought a Keswo electric razor as a gift for my husband, unbeknown to me my husband had also been given an electric razor as a gift.
I tried to return the item and have had the following email:
Dear Customer,
If you insist on returning the item and requesting a refund, please note the following:
1. Cancellations due to non-quality issues will incur a 15% deduction, and we will not provide return labels.
2. Our return address differs from the address on the package. We only accept the return address we provide. If you send the package back to a different address, we will be unable to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return items without prior permission.
3. You will need to ship the product back to Hong Kong, incurring return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and import taxes.
4. We recommend declaring the customs value lower to avoid high taxes. Customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you and deducted from your refund.
5. We are not responsible if the package is lost in transit or returned for other reasons (such as customs detention). Returns are troublesome and detrimental to both parties. Could we offer you a 5% compensation on your order? We hope you can keep the item and not request another return. We look forward to your reply.
This is going to cost more than the razor is actually worth and the hassle of sending it to Hong Kong!!!! which on their site actually states Germany ???
It was not clear at point of purchase that returns would be made so difficult.
Avoid this company at all costs, its a rip off.
