I subscribed to a Zoog VPN premium package as their server network list shows that you can stream RTE Player using their Ireland based server. In fact it no longer unlocks RTE player as advertised. This was a disappointment as that was my primary reason for choosing them. Otherwise it works fine - I had some initial teething problems connecting, which their customer support service helped to resolve. It is also priced competitively compared with the larger VPN providers

It's a VPN that worked when China's internet blockade was at its worst, it's inexpensive and has good speeds, and it's a bit of a hassle, but it's good enough.

I have been a subscriber for 3 years and everything is ok!

To my mind the service is underrated. It does all the same as more expensive services.
Besides it has their own server in Russia, that is a very rare case nowadays. It gives you the possibility to stream content from Russia and watch some Russian TV channels and listen to music for free. The customer support is responsive and friendly.

I'm honestly more than happy using this perfect VPN, It's working better than many I've tried, even though in the country which I'm leaving the most of VPN providers are blocked and unable to bypass restrictions but ZoogVPN do bypass them with perfect speed.

The sales team are pretty kind and support team is doing there best to assist in what ever issues you may face.

It's fast, stable and company which you can trust for your security.

Edit ZoogVPN have rectified my issues. It is good that they have sorted this out.

The same happened to me as others. Bought a LIFETIME membership and then, after a software update, there was a cut in access to some of the servers.

In order to access those I'd BOUGHT access to via LIFETIME membership, I'd have to pay again, by taking out a monthly subscription.

They claim their VPN can bypass restrictions by manual API, contacted them twice regarding the issue.
they sent me an IP to use in Manual API but that still didn't fix the issue and I cannot login to app.

It's not cool that they claim their VPN can bypass any restriction and when it comes to doing it fails.
the thing that upsets me the most is that they do not reply to your email when you say manual API doesn't work and you have issues using the service!

Update:
yes, they contacted me but couldn't resolve the issue, but claiming this in the first page of their websites is completely false and it should be removed:

"Use our apps in heavily censored places like China, UAE, IRAN, Qatar, Turkey and others. We will provide you with a Manual API IP to bypass ZoogVPN app blocks while Shadowing feature will enable connection from censored network."

at least the IRAN option, should be removed!

Gave this three stars at first, because it did take a while for everything to run smoothly, and every time I give an app five stars, it seems to jynx the app, so I leave it with a balanced three star because you, get the app, then you got the app, then you're good to go :) So far so good had a lot of trouble with the set up from the logging in to the website and then the app, but after a few password changes i was able to log into both and servers are up and running, thanks yall.

Friendly, quick support. The app works well and is less commonly blocked than other VPNs.

I would like to revise my negative review from a few weeks back to a positive one. ZogVPN have constantly been in touch with me about their efforts in providing the service I signed up too. All is back in working order and they are doing a great job keeping and maintaining their service to a very high Standard.Thank you once again and keep up the good work. I really am very impressed. Not an easy one but well worth the effort. Job well done.

I am zoog customer since 2018. I really love this product as it support all devices and various protocols.

Recently account was downgraded to 20 servers. However after working out with custome care they were generous enough to upgrade my account for 3 years with all locations enabled. This has now proved that company do care for their customers and step in when needed to provide support we need.
