Stable and fast VPN, I like it

fast, safe, and works well to access my HBO even in China!

My experience with it was terrible. Having bought a subscription for 1 year, I do not get a normal opportunity to connect to the servers of the conditional USA. I use different protocols and different servers, it connects only through Wireguard, but after connecting using this protocol, Internet access is simply limited. With the rest of the protocols, the error "Failed to connect try another server or protocol" is reported. I used VPN for about 3 months, I endured it because it was possible to connect somehow, but now, when no protocol gives a connection except wireguard, which in turn simply does not load sites as if there is no Internet at all. In general, my experience is not worth the money spent.

I paid for premium account, and it worked well. Servers switches fast, and the connection speed was also fast.
But I ran into some limitations on the my ip-telephony side. It stopped connecting to the Internet.

I started to consult with Zoog support team, and they react very fast. Also i send my request to the IP-telephony support, and there they told me, that these limitations are on the IP-telephony side itself and in my case, i must use only browser extentions.

After that, I asked Zoog for a refund, and within 2 days I received my money back.

Despite my situation, i gladly recommend this VPN for usage. But first of all, you must check that all programms will work well after you run VPN.

Per me Zoogvpn e il migliore.
Dopo aver riscontrato un problema con un server, il personale è ingegneri del servizio sopra citato, si è son fatti in quattro per risolvere il mio PICCOLO problema.
Dopo diversi messaggi via e-mail (gentilissimi) e qualche screenshot... Risolto alla grande. Adesso essendo in vacanza, posso vedere i programmi del mio paese.
Zoogvpn, ve lo consiglio.

2- Shadowing protocol (can beat any firewall restrictions)
3- ZoogTLS protocol (the Fastest protocol ever and can beat any firewall over Port 443)

Cons #
1- to use the RAM server technology (add more security & privacy & speed)
2- Client Gui need more improvements on all platforms ( Win: should improve the connect speed for TLS and add the server load & ping time, also Auto mode should show the recommended server before the connection) and same for android & add ZoogTLS to android
3- add more function like (split tunnel, multi hopes, Tor...etcs)
4- add ad-blocker service
5- use own DNS servers instead of using Google
6- create Firefox extension and improve chrome stability
7- to extend the servers list

Great service, good speed

I have been using the Lifetime Membership for many years. Zoog’s servers are fast and reliable. Their customers service is very courteous and quick to respond and fix any problem with membership and passwords, or technical problems.

I have used a number of vpn applications so far and I can honestly say that Zoogvpn's technical support is the fastest of all vpn providers. To a question sent by e-mail, the answer arrives after 5 to 20 minutes. Just amazing. Also, establishing a connection with the dns servers is instant, which is also highly commendable. The application is simple and transparent. I like the combination of black and green. The Windows application has all the most important protocols, while in Android only the Open vpn protocol is represented, and I would like it to have IKEv2 as well. The server network is small but well distributed and users of the service will not notice any disadvantages in this regard. It should be noted that Zoog vpn expands its server network every year. Vpn does not own servers but rents them from Google LLC. It's not a problem for me, while maybe someone else prefers to use the services of vpn providers who have their own servers. Dns servers are bare metal servers and not RAM. I had a bit of trouble watching Netflix (couldn't log into Netflix US) but now it's all good. They don't keep logs which is good for privacy but unfortunately, Zoog vpn has not had an independent third party audit (I was told by tech support that they plan to do an independent audit of the application in the future). The vpn has a kill switch which is good. The price is very reasonable (currently 1.87 euros per month for 2 years of subscription). This is a young vpn (created in 2013) and I think it will be in the top 10 vpn in the future.

I had a support enquiry with like 5 iterations. Support responded in less then 5 minutes for every enquiry with detailed and usefull answer.

Hi, obviously this is my review with regards to Zoog VPN a very good company. VPN works very good. Support quick to respond and very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

This service is good. I've used it for about half of year and it's okay.
