I’ve done almost ALL of Ziggie’s courses can’t wait for the advanced Gua Sha to open! You have to take the ZFL & facial cupping course if you do nothing else.

These Zoom Courses are some of the best I’ve ever attended & her hands on approached is excellent, very helpful. Ziggie makes sure she sees everyone’s work throughout the class before she moves on to the next step.

Don’t think about it get your training from this talented and knowledgeable woman!

I was thrilled to train with Ziggie in person at Regent’s University London. On the Facial Reflexology, Advanced Facial Reflexology, and Zone Face Lift courses held over two separate weekends in 2019 at the beginning and end of the year and I loved every minute of them.

I have been a reflexologist and therapist of facial and body treatments for over 25 years and I love that these additional courses I have qualified in bring all of my therapies into one incredible treatment that works for all ages groups, with amazing results.

I have gone onto to take further online courses with Ziggie that have worked brilliantly too. Facial Cupping, Indian Head Massage (although already qualified I wanted to learn the lying down routine and self care routine). She is extremely professional and offers great support.

I really love that you can work through the pre course work, then meet together on zoom to go over the practical moves in-depth and Ziggie offers further advice and provides images for advertising. I know I will be signing up for more of Ziggies courses. My clients love them.

Excellently delivered zoom training for facial reflexology level one and two. The video recordings and other theory trainings provided are very high quality. I would only recommend one thing, which is receiving the modality you are studying yourself from an experienced Ziggie Bergman method practitioner should be part of the zoom course. Too many students I have heard of not getting the treatment themselves. On a face to face course this would happen as we practice on each other. At home of course you get to deliver treatments and do case studies, but there is nothing that can replace feeling yourself what this treatment is like to help you become a really skilled practitioner. Otherwise I cannot fault this course Ziggie…I love doing facial reflexology!

I have taken training courses from Ziggie, both in person and through Zoom. I would highly recommend both. It's important to point out that Ziggie designs her courses so that she is not just 'passing on skills' but is providing an in depth knowledge of her area of expertise. Training is very much up to date.
I took Modules 1 and 2 in Facial Reflexology, in person, and was very impressed by how thorough the training was, Ziggie gave us all individual attention and ensured we were confident with our training. There was plenty of time for questions and feedback.
I have recently taken the Facial Cupping course through Zoom and again felt the course was very well presented, we were given plenty of time for questions and Ziggie ensured we were confident in our ability to perform this technique. There was an abundance of course materials and helpful videos.

She generously shares her experience and knowledge and more than provides sufficient training and information for each of her courses. I'm looking forward to moving on the Zone Face Lift next year!

Great zoom training in Indian Head massage today. I have done done Facial reflexology and advanced facial reflexology as face to face before but prefer to train like this. I could prefer for the course in my own time and didn’t have to worry about travel arrangements. Ziggie is a brilliant teacher and all instructions were clear and easy to follow via zoom. Will definitely book my next course soon.

I studied Facial Reflexology, Advanced Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift (via Zoom) during lockdown and I’m so impressed with the training. The course information and content is very detailed, thorough, and Ziggie also provides further support in the form of marketing materials and a private Facebook Group.
My main aim was to study the Zone Face Lift and initially thought of the facial reflexology as something to “get through” in order to be able to do this. What I’ve found in the months since completing my training is that I now incorporate facial reflexology into almost all of my facial treatments and it has altered my approach to providing therapies completely.
